Titan building solutions on 1/21/22 accepted a check of 17,775.00$ from me. This was supposed to include materials , labor, permit. They installed impact windows and doors in ****************** physically damaged to the eye. Scuff, scratched broken screens. To fix this issue I had to file a complaint with the manufacturer who Im still waiting for my replacement of broken stuff to come in. My inspection failed on 6/2/22 . I have received notice in the mail on 10/29that my permit that is opened has not met the requirements. (*******) whom Ive been dealing with has given me the run around on everything possible. Ignores my messages and calls. Titan gave me the photos of the Bucks and shims that were redone. BUT four of my windows do not have a photos taken before being installed. In my guest bath I have started to retile. Behind that tile that is now removed shows that my impact window that was installed is nailed into the 30 year old furring strip. There was never any new bucks or shims or tap cons used. I have photos of this, have reached out to (*******) and have not one response from him. So I now am out 17,775$ and have a failed inspection. Damaged products and not a safe home. This whole hurricane season I have been ignored by the company. And he has not attempted to make anything right. Not even a response. I have text messages phone calls and emails reaching out with my issues. When I was able to get him to my home back in June for the original inspection that failed. He told me I quote. He would be happy with this job if this was his home I even had the inspector tell me he would not be happy with the product. Now finding the instal was not done properly is beyond having damaged product. My windows are not safe. This company should not be allowed to install impact windows and doors to homes if they are going to cut corners and not finish the job properly. If I never removed this tile they wouldve lied their way past this. Please help.

**************** placed and order with us on 1/21/22 for all her Windows, Sliding Glass Doors and Entry Door. All materials were ordered, and permit was applied for shortly after.

Towards the end of May we installed everything and did notice a few small chips in the paint we attempted to touch up but was still noticeable, so we setup a date for the Window Manufacture to come out on 6/16/22. **** was the ***** Service Supervisor and I met him at her house w/ **************** present. It was agreed to by **** and **************** that the Manufacture would replace 3 panels with new, so **** went ahead and ordered panels.

It was agreed to by **************** that the panels would be replaced before the Final Inspection was done.

The panels were replaced by the Window Manufacture on 11/14/22 and the Final Inspection was scheduled on 11/18/22 and PASSED. We reprinted permit & enlarged details that the Inspector requested. Everything on this job was done per code and PASSED Final Inspection. Had we not used Tapcons and Wood Bucks like **************** claims the inspection would not have passed.

*Please see attached photos of passed Final Inspection and also with every opening that was completed and approved by the Building Department.
