just had service with this company 6 months ago and termites are in the house they never left or got exterminate i got in contact with the phone number left in my contract and expalin to him what was going on he treat me like a dog on the day of the set time to inspect the house told me he will wait for me at the premises and left with not even a call to say he was living---check this out you have to agree in a 2 hour window for them to show up but they can't wait 15 minutes for a costumer real fast to get away from re tent at no cost i call their office to explain the problem and they send another person that said he will be there at 11 he show up at 11:25 like to prove a point i show him the termites and the persistent damage they are continue to do. to the house first he say that they were flying termites them wood termites them ground termites back and forward and he said they will have to retreat the house for ground termites another **** dollars they didn't inspect properly the first time and choose the wrong treatment whatever it is- they are the professionals, and they want me to pay twice for the treatment i need my money back and the least i can do i warn other people about these thieves.

**************, We are very sorry that you are not happy with our services . Unfortunately when we did the second inspection on May 4th, 2023. We found that you now have Subterranean termites . Which are very common here in south ******* . Back in September 6, 2022 we found frass that only come from dry wood termites in your carport . You agreed to tent your home on October 28, 2022 for dry wood termites . Which you are under warranty for until October 28,2023. *** the gentlemen that came to do your second inspection on May 4th, 2023 advised you that you now have a different type of termite. Subterranean termite are treated under the ground  . They come from under your house . Dry wood termites come from above ground . Two different termites , two different treatments . *** offered you a $460.00 discount due to you being unhappy . Unfortunately you declined to accept the discount to treat the subterranean  termites . We stand behind our warranty for Dry wood termite . But unfortunately the Subterranean  termites would be a different treatment and process. We hope this gives you more understanding to what the process is .  Once again we are very sorry that you are unhappy with your service. Have a good day
