We made a contract with this company 11/22 the job was finished 03/23 in our contract agreement says they are windows, doors and roofing manufacturers, also in any part of the contract does not say they are not responsible for stretches of the windows and/ doors. We used this company to replace our whole house and one of the doors glass has stretched. We called, texted and had communication at the beginning and they said they were going to take care of it, but after several months of dispute and nothing g Bering done, they came back saying they are not responsible and we have to take care of it.

The date of the transaction was *** of 2021. This company was contracted using the Broward county Pace program to install hurricane impact windows. However shortly after installation and inspection 2 of the windows had developed stress fractures. I reported it to the company that had an employee come out and inspect the windows and indicated that it was a manufacturer defect and that it would be replaced in 2 weeks. This employee never corrected the issue. I had been in contact with the company consistently since June of 2021. There has been several transitions with the company even an eviction from the former location in West Park. I have been getting the run around indicating that the situation would be resolved before Thanksgiving on 2023. The windows still have not been replaced. My most recent communications with and individual name ****. I have been communicating with him over a year. This morning I followed up with him whereas he indicated yhe windows would not be replaced. Over the course of communication yhe level of professionalism has been extremely poor indivduals lack professionalism and at this point it seems as though this company is scamming indivduals. I asked him if I could have yhe contact number for the engineer he indicated was handling my case name ****. **** replied that he can not give out **** contact information without his permission. I told him that I have never spoken to **** and that I have primarily been communicating with him concerning the matter and asked what type of business has to ask an indivdual if their contact information has can be shares with a client whom they have indicated should be communicating with me. The windows were supposed to be replaced and I have not been able to get any homeowner insurance credits because of the defects in the window. I was initially promised that the windows would be replaced and that is what I expect this company to do.

Hello ****** we just spoke and I am super happy this is resolved, the lien as I explain is not something we literally pressed a button and it happened, its baked into the **** Finance, as a measure of security till the loan is payed off, and we are the manufacturer and installation company not the finance company. Glad we were able to clear that and as we mention all is in good standards with you and payments, I also learned that you been informed by **** on the actual total balance DUE...... and ***** will be contacting you with last payment details. *************** I hope we've resolved this last hurdle for you, and will be the first to say it was not just this due to our factory relocation you also were caught in a web of delays and for that we apologize again, you were a very nice lady and want to wish you all the luck with the selling of your home.

About 2 years ago I hired and paid ***** Windows to put several impact windows and doors in my home at ***************************************************************. When their technician came to do the work I told him that I believed 2 were already impact, a sliding door and a window panel. Contrary to my warning both were taken out by him, one he broke while removing, and indeed both were found to be impact. Because of their error, ***** agreed to provide at another property I own a window free and another at their cost. I have evidence for their agreement and still have in storage the impact sliding door they mistakenly took out. For 2 years ***** kept postponing keeping their agreement with various delays. When their worker finally came to begin the replacement job recently they called to cancel the day before the job was to begin and said they would not reschedule anymore.

This is matter is simply false you've twisted everything into a spectacular story where you're the victim, but truth is we've had our share of problems with customers which we've owned. In your situation it's a matter of being mislead from the start by you, not about us being wrong.  You as it turns out defrauded ** by pretended to have Jewish background, to own a construction company, to have several business license that would benefit **, you simply misled ** from day one. We don't want to go on and on because this will resolve nothing, you are bent on revenge and have chosen this platform in the hopes of upsetting us, yet it wont change what is true.

On October 6 2022 , I signed a contract with L&F Windows and Door Agreement for Hurricane impact windows and patio door. L and F Windows stated that they would start the project in December 2022. The job was delayed due to insufficient materials. On February 9 2023 they started the project. It took them two days, but they did not finish the project because the inspectors had to pass by to inspect the job before they completed it. They stated that we would get a call the week of February 13th, yet we received no calls to schedule an inspector. It is now April 19 2023 and no inspector has been scheduled to pass by. I have called and texted to no avail! This is unacceptable! I want the job finished and inspected.

Hello ****************************, we are just as upset as you must of been, the inspector had rescheduled with us due to error on requirement photos on his end, we had sent them the photos but the office had never downloaded them and forwarded to the inspector on the day, so we again apologize and we rescheduled you at the next opportunity that was available, and from our report its pretty clear you passed with flying colors and all is good now, at one point it was not and for that we completely understand the frustration. We are only happy that we were able to put this behind for you and get you to the conclusion you deserved from the start.

On 01/05/22 I entered a contract for L&F Windows to install windows and doors at my home. The windows and doors were installed on April 09, 2022. The final inspection took place in May 2022, however when the inspector came out the contractors from L&F Windows had sealed the windows and the inspector informed them they would have to unseal a window in order for them to complete the inspection. The inspector informed them to reschedule when window is unsealed or they have an engineer to come and verify. L&F Windows never followed up with completing my job and the permit has been open since the start of my project and now closed. I have spoke to numerous people in the company and everyone I have spoken to has informed me that it would be taken care and to this day April 04, 2023 is has not. I have paid on this loan and the job is not complete and I may face additional penalties. It is in my professional opinion that a company should not be able to collect on a debt when the sale product has not been fulfilled. I need assistance and rectifying this situation so that I am in compliant with Miami-Dade County code. Please HELP!!!

I am entering a formal complaint against L&F Windows (please find their contact information below). I hired L&F Windows on April 13th, 2022 to install my high-impact hurricane windows and doors. The **** Office, which is the state program that subsidizes homeowner's upgrades to high-impact hurricane windows, referred them to me as their partner vendor. At that time, I was also approved for a 30-year fixed loan at ****% with ****************** which is also a **** partner vendor. I signed the loan contract locking in my terms, and fully expected the work to begin within a reasonable amount time. Nevertheless, L&F Windows kept advising me that they were delayed, because they did not have sufficient personnel to begin the project. They finally began on February 3rd, 2023, 10-months after I hired them. On February 9th, before the work had been completed, I was contacted by Ms. ******* at L&F Windows, to advise me that I would need to complete a new financing application, because the ****** that FortiFi had given them to complete the work had expired. I later realized that their grace ****** with ******* had expired on June 13th, 2022, 8-months before they began the project, yet neither L&F ************************************************ nor FortiFi informed me of this. Ms. ****** said it was a simple process, but failed to inform me that the terms would be changing as a result of their delays, as I would now have to secure a new loan. When I reached out to FortiFi to complete the application, they informed me that the loan terms would be changing and my interest rate would be increasing from ****% to ****% and my taxes would be increasing another $700. I advised them that the delay had been on L&F Windows' end, and I did not feel it was fair that I should have to pay double the interest rate, because of the vendor's inability to perform the work in the given timeframe. FortiFi also informed me that L&F Windows had requested that I sign a Change Order, along with the loan documents, as they had advised FortiFi that I had requested an ownership or contractor change, which I never requested. I later realized that they were doing this in an effort to claim that the delay was as a result of my change, based on their contract's exemption clause (Exhibit A: Additional Terms for Window and Door Replacements Master Home Improvement Agreement, Section 1.3). Unfortunately, ******* has been unable to help me. I should further note that the work was not performed in a professional, timely or organized manner, and they even installed the wrong window models. Furthermore, they began the work without a legal permit, which they applied for on December 8th, 2022. Said permit was rejected and simultaneously accepted on February 22nd, 2023, after the work had begun and should have been completed.I am reaching out to enlist your help in resolving this matter with L&F Windows as I am now having to go secure a loan for incomplete work, at double the interest rate and increased taxes. It is clear that L&F Windows did not perform the work they were hired to do in a timely manner, in breach of their own contract (Exhibit A: Section 3.1). If L&F Windows had the courtesy of informing me that I would now have to get a new loan before they began the work, as they should have at least 8-months ago, I would not have allowed them to begin the work.L&F Windows and Doors ************************************************************************** ************ (Ms. ******** Mobile # ************)FortiFi *********************************************************************************** ************

Date of transaction: 04/05/2022 Amount paid on that date: $3060.00 Date installation promised: within 120 days (which would have been mid-July 2022)I have tried repeatedly to get someone on the phone. I have left several messages. I finally had a call back in mid-September giving me a date of installation on Friday 09/16/2022. I waited all day but had no call and no one showed up. I finally got a call on Monday 09/26/2022 and was told that a window was missing from my order but they expected to be able to install the following week. I have not been able to reach anyone by phone nor have I been contacted by the company since then (it is now 11/07/2022). I am frustrated and angry at the lack of communication. I am left to wonder uncomfortably whether this company really exists.
