    Hot shots basketball Academy directed by **** ****** committed to provide classes for the basketball season $****** (pro rated to ****** since My son didnt start from the beginning), $275 for uniforms a hoddie and a backpack. We committed to $150.00 per month for the classes. We got a uniform with the wrong size and the empty promise to receive the rest of the items and the right size uniform later which never happened (2 months went by and a new season started).Multiple attempts has been made to get in touch with Mr ****** since we decided to retire ****** from hot shots. Multiple texts and phone calls show how Mr ****** is avoiding us. We are just seeking reimbursement for the uniforms we never received ****** and the ****** for the new season which he never attended.

    Good Morning, 

    Samuel quit playing for Hot shots his uniform according to the size that they requested.  The size was too big for Samuel was and I had them remake the uniform at no extra cost to the parent even though it was made per the size requested.  We shouldn't be responsible when they ordered the incorrect size but yet I was going to eat that cost anyways. The uniform was remade and he rest of the package was also made. They are more than welcome to pick up or In this case I will refund the $275 even though this is all custom and ordered per their sizes requested. Which I don't believe is truly fair.  The items are custom and take average of 60 days for the order to be fulfilled they take time to be made.   

    Samuels signed up for a season which is normally $225, but was prorated because they had already missed some games .  This was a favor to me from thee director. of the league.  He should've paid full price.  Samuel was not available for game and per league rules when he was it was too late and the rule is "if players haven't played in 4 of the first 8 games they are now ineligible".  Again this was due to Samuels unavailability.   the after committing registering another season.  they only paid the difference of $50 which technically should've been $225.  The $175 difference i paid for this time since  I didn't think it was fair to charge them another season entry. The coach of that team asked why they left and the main reason was because the games were on Sunday.  I registered him for the new season and This can not be refunded even though they did not play a game. it is know that games are played on the weekend.  Not wanting  to play on Sundays, then travel basketball is not an option for them.  

     

    I have not received multiple attempts from the dad as stated, but I did miss a text from the mom on 5/18.  I think to state multiple attempts is extremely exaugurated and incorrect.  As I said I will return the $275 for the uniform as a courtesy even though it was a custom order, but I will not refund for the season registration as the season is ran by a 3rd party and Ive technically already put $150 outofmy own money because of them not being avaiable and not wanting to play on Sundays.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 23392738, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  
    Me or my  wife will call text coach Alex to get the refund and once that happens I will go and take all negative reviews in social media,
