This was my experience dealing with SOSA WORKS LLC. In a few words I made a mistake. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this business. I dealt directly with ***********************, he is slimy salesman. I used his business to install my hurricane proof windows a couple of years ago. This was my experience 1. Very delayed on installation date 2. They installed the windows, but destroyed the wall around the frame of the windows and one the windows shades became inoperable. They installed the doors, but damaged the floors 3. Some of the windows have flaws in the glass, the visibility is distorted as you move around the room 4. One of the sliding doors installed on my second story was installed so badly, that has a tilt inward, so when it rains the rainwater does not drain properly. The day after the installation, all *********************** did was drill holes on the doors railing. Guess what? After a while the water leaks to my first story right next to my TV in my family room.5. To this date I still do not have the warranty for the windows installed in the back of my house This is what I had to do after *********************** left1 Looked for a handyman to repair and paint the walls 2 Called my window shade company to reinstall the shades 3 Getting the windows and doors permit and legalized a I got the ***************** permit myself. Guess what? He gave me the incorrect NOAs. I had to go directly to the manufacturers to get the correct NOAs b The windows did not pass the inspection. No wonder! The s**** fasteners were installed incorrectly and some of them were not even grabbing the windows or doors frames. They were just loose c I had to pay a real construction company to send a professional engineer to repair SOSA WORKS LLC bad installation so the county inspection could pass Yesterday, we had a big downpour and the rainwater still leaks to my family room, the frustration set in, and decided to write this review to make others aware of my experience using this business Buyer beware!
