    I reached out to them to assist me with an eviction. Per the website this was the number **************. I gave all of the information requested and was charged $595.00 for services. They only send a document advising me to answer the eviction which I told them I already did. I was speaking with ****** ***************** who has now blocked my phone number. And they refuse to answer any of my calls.

    Good morning.  ************ were provided in its entirety.  ******** wanted a refund the next day after we gave her all the paperwork necessary.  We did everything we said we were going to do. Also, customer agreed to our terms and conditions. Here is the link to the terms and conditions to the services we provided. ******************************************************************

    Please note that we will take this legally if the customer continues trying to damage our reputation. We have all the evidence our services were rendered and customer is trying to get something for free.

    I am rejecting this response because: They are lying. The screenshot shows I requested a refund as soon as I knew they were fraud. They did not provide the documents needed and when questioned they stopped responding. I will be more than happy to go to court. They provided no assistance just a document to do the same thing I had already done which was previously explained.
