    I purchased this "membership," which has cost me over a total over $5,000.00 in the past few years because it was falsely advertised for military. This companies takes advantage of servicemembers and use the front that they are government vacation rewards, which I later found out had no military affiliation. Back in 2014, they scammed me out of a few thousand dollars promising travel credits for a different types of vacations, including air travel, 7-day resort certificates, and cruises. This is all false, and they have record that I have never been able to use any of those trips. They did not even honor or recognize that the pandemic affected travel. I even explained to them that my daughter had medical issues that also prevented us from travel during the ******19 breakouts. They assured me I would not have any issues. However, I have not been able to use my benefits mostly due to their sneaky and bad business practices. My assigned "account manager" did not return calls or never answered my calls. Their website consistently gives me an error message that states I am not able to book my travel 'at that time.' However, it would not come back up. I have had to travel outside of the membership with other companies. I was cheated and scammed, as well as who knows how many other military men and women. They just informed me that this package is non-refundable, but they have records where I have repeatedly told them that their website does NOT allow me to book travel. Their agents have NOT been able to help me book even on their end and have given me multiple excuses, from technical glitches to nonsense. I believe the only way to make this right is to provide the service they offered and promise, or return all the money they've stolen.
