    I recently hired TerraScape to replace five plants and fix a leak in my irrigation system (A pvc pipe wasn't aligned with ONE of the elbow units), which was initially installed by them in 2017. They told me that because I was a previous customer a minimum fee of $1,000 would be required. Two workers came over and completed the job in about one hour. I estimated the amount of work done to be about $250. TerraScape ignored my request for additional landscaping to complete the contract.

    On May 18th, 2023 you came to our place of
    business to request services for Terrascape to perform at your home.  A member of our staff walked around with you at our place
    of business and you two selected plants and reviewed the services you
    requested we do for you.  Our staff member explained we have minimum charge to perform landscape services and that it would apply to what you requested.  She presented you
    with a written proposal/service agreement in Good Faith for you to review and
    sign if you accepted.  The proposal clearly laid out the services we agreed to perform and the price to perform those services.  You accepted the proposal and
    signed the agreement.  We
    promptly dispatched members of our staff to complete the services you contracted us do that same day.  Afterwards you mailed a protest letter with a protest payment demanding we perform more services to your satisfaction or else you would post negative reviews.

    If you have evidence of any obligation we agreed to perform but
    did not perform on the agreement we will promptly see that obligation is fulfilled.  Otherwise we have discharged our obligations and to not agree to perform any further obligations not listed on our mutual agreement.

    I sent a check for $1,000 as per a document I signed. I figured I should get that amount of service. That was not the case. I had additional work that I wanted done, This was not provided. I didn't select any of the plants that they provided. This was all at their discretion. Poor selection of plants. Since then I have removed all the plants provided and contacted another nursery. I bought eight plants and planted them myself. The new plants look great. Total cost for the new plants plus compost for planting was $225.00.
