  Torri Plumbing did a wide variety of work in a day at our Villages residence. I am a fairly experinced DIYer in plumbing, so i recognize quality workmanship and knowledge.
  
  I would not hesitate to use them again. A delighted customer.

  I would give "2" if I didn't believe the plumber really tried hard to fix my problem. Ultimately, however, the main problem wasn't resolved. After explaining the backup problem to him, I showed him the hole and exposed pipe the city dug to trouble shoot. Then I showed him the toilet that was backed up. He chose to remove the one in the master bath that I told him was not working, hasn't been used for some time, and I was going to replace at a later date. However, there WAS water on the floor. He said the water was coming from under the unused toilet. He remove the toilet. He brought in the cable. It'd been raining hard. I asked if his company has a runner or something because from his boots and the wheels on the machine, he was tracking wet, dirt, etc., and mud from outside. He may not think my little abode is worth it, but I really try to minimize dirt coming from outside. He said the company doesn't have a runner. Normally, he said he would just take off his boots, but there was water in the bathroom. All the more reason to have a runner! He worked hard trying to unclog the system but he couldn't. He told me I need a plumber who can remove the water in the line and use a camera to see what the obstruction is. He said the flange was broken and needed to be replaced to stop the leak. it's a 2002 house so I believed him. At first I said to leave the toilet off since I needed to NOW call another plumber who might have to take the toilet off again. Then I thought, with the toilet off, maybe more water would come in. I am 75, female, and green in this whole situation. Therefore, I asked him to please put the toilet back. He then came to say I had a crack in the water supply. My thought, was the leak from the flange, water supply or both? Ironically, he did wipe his feet to bring the bill. He said he'd given me a break since the original problem wasn't fixed. Nice gesture. I'm disappointed, though, that after paying him, I still have to get another plumber.

  Torri plumbing had did all the plumbing installation on my home when it was being built. I called them to let them know that the bathtub made a creaking noise whenever you step into it which also caused all of the grout around the tub to crack and fall apart. They sent a guy out to give me an estimate. He told me that the tub was not installed properly. All he told me was that they charge $105 an hour and he'll send me an estimate. He also told me that I would need to hire someone to repair the drywall since they would need to cut a hole in the wall in order to fix the tub. And I would have to also hire a tile company to come and repair the grout. I never got the estimate from him. I called Torri plumbing to ask about it a couple of times. I spoke to Chris. He kept giving me the run around. After over a week of waiting, Chris said the guy that came out hasn't figured out the estimate yet. Chris told me that he will call me back when they figure out the estimate. That was over a week ago. So it's been about 3 weeks since I originally called to have them come and look at my tub. I really felt that Torri plumbing should handle the problem since it was their company who installed the bathtub improperly.
