    The warranty company and Burleson Company was not getting back to me. My air wasn't working. I let the warranty company know on a Sunday. They said Burleson would call on Monday. They did not call till Wednesday. I tried calling them, they wouldn't answer, the warranty management wouldn't return my calls. I had an emergency air come out, because it felt 111 degrees. The company said I had no Freon because the company that the warranty sent out to do the work broke the piping and leaked all Freon out. I spoked to ******* on Wed from Burleson and she told me I'm privileged. I'm rude. When In fact it was her being rude because she didn't want to take responsibility for what happened.

    Burleson services received payment to provide services on home warranty with no phone service to the business or set up services to be rendered. This is summer in ******* and is dangerously hot. Customer ********************** is seriously lacking and should not be a provider for any warranty service if you cant provide services.

    My A/C was not blowing cold enough so I put in a claim with AHS insurance who hired Burleson Services, **** They came out and worked on the A/C unit/Air handler in the garage attic. A week later I went into that 3rd car garage (which I don't often go into) and the ground was flooded, the ceiling was starting to bow down and had multiple cracks with water dripping. Upon inspection the drip tray under the air handler was completely full of water and overflowing over the backside going onto the drywall ceiling over that area of the garage. It eventually soaked through and caused damage. Not only to the ceiling but also to a few wood cabinets below and some artwork being stored there. The drip tray was drained immediately and the ceiling was opened to allow the puddle of water above the drywall to exit and dry. Upon inspection the drain line was clogged so it was cleared and is now functioning. I called and spoke with "****" (apparently the owner) and was told the drain line was clear when they left (it was never a problem in the first place). Whatever was worked on caused the clog which caused the damage. There was never an issue with drainage before this time. In speaking kindly with ********** was met with an attitude and after explaining he said they wouldn't take any responsibility and when they left the drain line was clear (as stated on the invoice - but he wasn't even the one at my home and also had no time to speak to his technician before our conversation). He immediately denied any wrongdoing, I asked for his Insurance information to which he REFUSED to give and said if I went after him he would sue **** have since had to contact the state contractors licensing board and will go that route and possibly hire an attorney for the damages to be repaired.

    Thank you so much for your help issue has been resolved I got my refund back thank you better Business bureau you're the best of those, including the one listed for them here on BBB, appears false. I am requesting a full refund, thank you.
