Good afternoon, my family visited this business yesterday. The experience was horrible and quite traumatic. The owner was was very rude and unprofessional. When she was parking us she made a comment to us not to run the idiot behind us over which happened to be my nephew. She was getting angry because my twin nieces, 3 years old, who were on her fence looking at the zebras. She even joked with someone else about my nieces need to be ran over and killed. She is very hostile and had a horrible negative energy. All of us, including our teenagers felt very uncomfortable and intimidated by her. We had a party of 11 and decided to leave the tour early after she made the comments about my nieces being killed. We had all had enough of her verbal abuse and unprofessionalism. I asked her for a refund and she said no, its not going to happen. This woman has so many horrible reviews on ******* I would kindly ask the BBB to look at the lowest rating ****** reviews to get an idea of whats happening at Two Tails Ranch. If possible maybe send someone undercover to see how she is treating her customers everyday. I believe the elephants are being abused as well because of the repetitive swaying. The owner was disrespectful and talked to several guests rudely. She was smoking around the guests and elephants. I am desperately asking the BBB to do an investigation on this business. This should not be happening. I am 44 years old and have never experienced such a horrible experience as I did this one. I hope a reputation can be made so this abuse and threats does not continue to happen to others visiting the business. Even my mother in law who was visiting from ****** and does not speak much English felt very uncomfortable with the whole situation. You could most definitely cut the atmosphere with a knife. I cant reiterate how horrible our experience was yesterday. Thank you, kindly for taking the time to help resolve this problem. Have a good day and all the best!
