    Our signed agreement explicitly outlines the project's scope and timeline. As per our agreement, Allica Architectural Group committed to providing full documentation for both units by December 8, 2023. Unfortunately:On December 26 (18 Days late), Allica Architectural Group only submitted documentation for unit A, entirely omitting unit B.Despite the grossly delayed and incomplete work, Allica Architectural Group demanded full payment.Upon informing Allica Architectural Group that the provided documentation lacked half of the agreed-upon scope, Allica Architectural Group attempted to impose additional charges through a new agreement.Allica Architectural Group's unresponsiveness and refusal to provide a definite ETA to complete the project further exacerbate the situation.Allica Architectural Group holds a $2000 retainer deposit, and not responding to my requests to complete committed terms.

    Client was unsatisfied with timeliness of the delivery of the documents.  Their degree of completion was also questioned.  We tried to accommodate the client but the client started changing the terms of the mutually executed contract and imposing deadlines.  At this point via an attorney, on or around February 6, a letter was sent to the client terminating the contract.  Any invoicing to date to the client for the work completed  was voided.  The retainer, per the contract, was non-refundable and therefore not returned.

    I am rejecting this response because: it is based on grossly inaccurate statements:
    Timeline as well of the scope is explicitly defined in the agreement. Both timeline and completeness were far from what was agreed upon. During 2 month after grossly incomplete work (hardly half of the scope) was delievered I repeatedly requested ETA full opriginal scope completeness. Such requests were either ignored or ETA provided expired without any notice from the company. Only after I have set the deadline

    At this juncture, I don't know how to further clarify the situation.  Per the terms dictated in my attorney's February 6 letter of contract termination, any correspondence needs to be through his office.   This will be my last response to this complaint.
