    We hired Screen Mulisha to install a new picture screen on our pool cage and rescreen the existing screen panels. The job was completed just a few months ago. On the day of Hurricane *** - our new picture screen easily blew out when the winds first picked up.. None of our neighbors on our lake lost their screens. As soon as we regained cell service we contacted them to advise what had happened, and asked that they put us on their roster to replace as soon as it was possible. We left a voicemail, and also sent a *********mail - not knowing which message would get through to them. As it turns out, they all were received - which the owner's wife did not like. She made mention of the multiple messages and thought we were being too "demanding".. I have kept all correspondence. I made it clear that we expected them to take care of the problem, but knew they would be busy after the storm and would have waited our turn. We just wanted assurance that they had us on their schedule. *************** made it clear that they would NOT be coming and that we would have to find someone else to take care of this. I let her know that my husband felt that their installation was done improperly - so we feel that is why they were choosing to avoid us. We had 2 separate screen companies concur that their installation was improper - that the diameter of the spline used was too small for this large screen, and that it was also incomplete - it ended short on one side. So obviously this should have been reinstalled properly....by Screen Mulisha....period. She was very adamant that they were not coming back to our house. No service after the sale...even when they did a very poor job. It's ironic that their website boasts about their integrity and honesty. Since they were not coming back, we had to hire someone else....we live right on a pond which has alligators, and we were concerned about the welfare of our little puppy who goes out by our pool. We expect reimbursement from Screen Mulisha.
