    Driver was supposed to pick us up at the airport but was not there. Tried to call provided phone number six times but always went to voice mail. Called travel agent and driver finally showed up.

    Dangerous and faulty suburban that was transporting us had its brakes completely go out. We ran a stop light, almost hit several cars and ended up in the middle of the street. Police were contacted. This endangered 4 children’s lives after Disney trip

    We sincerely apologize for the experience you have had with us. Safety is paramount above all of our standards. The Chauffeur made a decision to pull over to the side of the road and had another vehicle dispatched to continue the trip, based on his best knowledge and judgement of operating this vehicle and because he believed this would ensure safety of everyone who was onboard. Upon thorough inspection by our Mechanic Team, we found absolutely nothing wrong with our vehicle. We truly apologize again for the panic caused for you and your family. Thank You.
