    I ordered a murder mystery game (Murder on the Titanic) on September 8, 2024, not realizing it was a subscription service and that I would be billed and sent a new game each month. On September 9, I e-mailed the company at the address provided, requesting immediate cancellation of the original purchase and any further monthly games. In a later e-mail, I requested the correct website to access my account and cancel the subscription. I received no response. I refused service on the game "Murder on the Titanic," but received no confirmation from the company. During the week of October 28, I received ANOTHER game (and was, subsequently charged for it). Although the e-mail identifies the seller as Murder Mystery in a Box, the return address on the first package was CJ. Murder Mysteries. The return on the second package was The Mystery Experiences (in *********, ****). I FINALLY found my account on ***********************************************************************. I was able to cancel my subscription online and am disputing all charges through my credit card company.

    Ordered first game at $39.96 as Murder Mystery in a Box on November 8th. The game arrived in December however it was not a game in a box but a game in an envelope crammed into my mailbox. We played the game despite multiple copy editing errors in the game. I then attempted multiple times to cancel this subscription by email - email on acct is *************************** I could get no support from the company to reset my password so that I could cancel and they will not accept a cancelation by email. There is also no phone # to contact them. I then received another game in January which I was also charged $39.96 for. I attempted again to cancel and this time they agreed to reset my password. This game also has copy errors which actually impacts the outcome of the game. I wish I had read all of. the negative reviews on this company before I placed the first order. A full refund would be desired as you are certainly not getting what you pay for.

    I want to cancel my subscription to Murder Mystery in a Box and they keep sending after I quit. I cancelled last month on or about 5/2. received another one today 6/2. I just want it to stop!

    I’ve been receiving boxes and reached out to try and cancel. They never send invoice or receipts, just keep charging. I’ve been trying for over a year to stop receiving the boxes. I want to warn others that it is a scam.

    I ordered this as a gift. I tried emailing to cancel my subscription. I tried to log in but the site says my email doesn't exist. So, I emailed to cancel. I have tried 3 times and I get no response.
