I subscribed to the service in early 2021. I've been charged $15 every 3 months despite multiple emails, calls (unanswered), and messages sent on the website requesting cancellation. There has NEVER been a response. I fully believe this is a scam of a business and should be shut down immediately. The perpetrators should be prosecuted and I intend to seek just that.Initial Complaint

I created an account with the ********************** Website (run by BLVD Enterprise) for a Thanksgiving Reunion event in November, 2023. Once the event was completed in November, 2023, I was notified 11/27/23 that I would be charged $15 for a 3 month subscription. I sent Emails to admin@blvdenterpisecom, left voicemail messages at the identified business phone number ************, and tried to cancel on the website numerous times. These attempts to reach someone have all been ignored. I have never received a response. I continue to be charged $15 every 3 months for a subscription I have tried multiple times to cancel. I have filed a fraud complaint with my bank, but this business should be shut down so they don't continue to commit fraud with recurrent charges with other victims.Initial Complaint

I have sent several emails trying to delete this account and they won’t stop billing me. Here are the charges and reference numbers I want a refund on:

I subscribed for their family reunion website in February and cancelled in March. I used their website to cancel yet they are still billing me $3.00 per month. I have called, emailed, and tried everything to contact someone, but no one has ever responded. They sent me a email to offer cancellation and I used that form to cancel. This company as previously mentioned with other consumers feels like a scam. I paid a subscription to receive service upgrades that I never received. They do not have a working email or phone number to contact someone. I created a website that in theory should be great to help plan my family's reunion and instead I am being scammed out of money. The ************ number is fake. I would like to see something done in relation to this business. The merchant taking payments should be notified and possibly share responsibility in continuous billing with no way to cancel. I am frustrated and upset. I have to work with my credit card company to fix the situation and this is ridiculous.Initial Complaint

This site has awesome features, and I would love to continue using it. However, I don't think they are in business anymore. There are system issues with mailing invitations. IT DOESN'T WORK CONSISTENTLY. I have tried and tried many times to contact Ken at the company. They don't answer e-mails, Help desk messages and their phone is disconnected. There is no customer service or support at all to resolve the problems. I guess I will have to give up but really wanted to use this site for our upcoming reunion. I got a hold of Ken one time, and he said they were upgrading their platform. Haven't heard from him since. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I had the site all set up and people wanting to register, and they can't because the site half works. I just want to know, ARE THEY OUT OF BUSINESS OR NOT. I subscribed to this site to set up a family reunion website. I got locked out because of a forgotten password and followed instructions to get a new password, but never got the required confirmation code to change the password, so I'm locked out. I emailed the [email protected] and never got a response. I'm being billed on my credit card and disputing every charge with the credit card company. I have tried unsuccessfully to deactivate a service that this business has stated can be deactivated but to date after four attempts (2 via email (June 17, 2022 and August 17, 2022), 1 via voice mail and 1 via their on-line (August 17, 2022) chat service) I have received no response. Unfortunately their website does not offer a way to stop monthly charges - it states to get in contact via email, phone or chat. While the charge is not a lot ($2.50 per month) I would like it deactivated.
