    I went into the store location to ship a computer on July 18, 2022. At the suggestion of the associate I purchased shipping insurance in case of shipping damaged. The computer arrived with a shattered screen. I contacted UPS and they sent a driver to get the computer with little notice and when they arrived they gathered the computer and box only part of shipping material. Weeks went by with no response or contact of any kind. After many attempt to contact them... I was informed wouldn't cover the claim because it was not "packed well..." I filed to appeal becasue they didn't even take the packing material with them so they couldn't base the denial on this fact and the box was packed as good as it could have been with a shipping box, foam and even bubble wrap. The particular store location has been nearly unresponsive to any of my attempts to follow up. I have called, emailed and I get almost nothing back from them... I complained once weeks and on October 7, 2022 I got an email telling me they decided they would honor the claim since they did damage the computer in shipping. They told me that I had to return a estimate for a "repairing it". No shop I contacted will estimate this cost for free I am certainly not paying for that) or offer any guarantee that the computer will be restored to the original condition. I sent that information UPS store 6827 with a copy of my receipt for the computer (also requested) and had no reply. I waited several weeks NO REPLY and sent a follow up email and again NO REPLY. They will not provide the payment, business contact information, claim details or even respond to my questions.

    This issue has been resolved as of Dec 2022. A claim check was issued and picked up by Mr* ***** He also picked up his damaged item.
