    I made a purchase regarding an registration fee under the impression that the Advertisement was at the standard rate on May 1st. I spoke to the " receptionist" that answered my questions regarding to the program which influenced my payment of $388. A month later , the summer camp started and I was later to be informed that the payment of $388 will be charged to me weekly. I reached out the supervisor regarding this issue, however, she handled this very unprofessionally, She didn't offer an reasonable resolution and proceed to escalate the conversion. I asked her for 3 forms of Evidence regarding to her "claim" or " defense" . she could not provide any additional support. When I asked her to speak to her supervisor , name & phone number it was not provided and she disconnected on me. This conversation was held verbally on May 28th a day, the program started .A few days later, I noticed other parents would have the same complaint of this fraudulent and scam they are portraying as a service to precieve to parents that this is a legal business. This business is inactive, unprofessional , fraudulent and they deserve to be arrested and shut down Completely !. The supervisor ******** **************) of the regional area of ************** " out of 7 years of their company, this is the first time they have came across advertising miscommunication" and that is not true. They do NOT have on their website that this is a weekly charge and they Still have not tried to resolve this problem resulting me ********** financial loss due to this issue. They would not provided and a flyer they states " Original' to be sent to my email to be accurate, ******** didn't provide her Partners name or HER SUPERVISOR's phone number to proper address the remaining issue , a payment plan , partial refund or Full refund was not offered and its now June 25th, 2024. I cannot receive my money back because they bank authorized it as an agreed charge, However, I wasn't informed of the Weekly Payment

    Good morning,

    Discover ************ has previously communicated and iterated our payment policy to the parent, as our payment policy has always been the same of a weekly charge as shown in the attachment on our websites FAQ. We have offered them the ability to utilize the payment toward one week of camp and they chose not to. For reference, you can find our FAQ page here: ******************************************************

    Our tuition is always per child, per week. We have a no refund policy but all payments can be utilized as credits.

    A possible solution would be to use the payment for any of our other camps or for rolling over into the school year.

    I am rejecting this response because: As I spoke to the receptionist Before the Initial payment was Paid for the registration fee , it was Confirmed Verbally. Yes the Flyer states its $160 per kid but However, it does not State A weekly payment or any additional Payments Besides The registration fees Or I wouldnt have registered. I have been placed in debt because of this company . I did not accept the Free week because I would still have to deal with The Problem The Following week after , there was not a payment plan offered or any Additional support to this situation. I am a single mother and I was under the impression it would have been paid in full and now I dont have the money to support the debt I was placed in or place my children in additional care because they Failed to Mention that detail, Took my Payment and didnot offer a refund , partial refund or Additional Payment options as I was told by the Coordinator at the School. The website does NOT State it is a weekly payment. It its Suggested AFTER You register your children. which is Very Misleading and they have the Lack of Integrity. Thats how they used the NON REFUNDABLE Policy against me & my CHILDREN Has not had A placement ******* care Afterwards Since . please Refund my Money or I will be taking Legal action for this support. PLEASE

To clarify, the total amount you paid for the summer program, which provides care from 7:30 AM until 6 PM, Monday through Friday, equates to approximately $3.50 per day for the entire summer. This rate is significantly lower than typical child care costs not to mention this would include weekly field trips and transportation.


    We acknowledge that there may have been a miscommunication regarding the payment schedule. The flyer indeed mentions the total cost, but we will take your feedback into account to improve the clarity of our communication, both on our website and in our verbal communications, to prevent such misunderstandings in the future.


    Regarding your request for a refund, we adhere to a non-refundable policy to ensure we can continue to provide high-quality care and maintain our operations. However, we understand your situation and would like to explore possible solutions to assist you further. We regret that our initial offer of a free week did not address your concerns adequately. We are committed to supporting our families and finding ways to resolve any issues amicably.

    Unfortunately, we can not accommodate any request outside of what has previously been offered.
