I am a home healthcare company and I use a software called CareTime to manage employees. I have requested the company give me access to a user profile for one of my nurses. This is a simple request, part of the software (suppossed to be) and promised to me as part of the software when initially purchased. This software is paid for monthly. Since November, I have repeatedly asked this company to provide my with a user profile for my nurse, which they have not completed. Each week at least 1-2 times per week I contact them about this request, in which they give me the same response- "it is being worked on and should be completed soon." Each week for the last 2 months. This has caused significant strain on myself and the employee who needs this software access, as neither of us can perform our jobs efficiently. Tech support and staff are not escaltating my concern appropriatley, and therefore there is no solution being created to my problem. This company appears to be a scam, promising potential customers a service which they in fact cannot fulfill. I need this complaint resolved, as I pay hundreds of doller per month for the service (and signed a contract) for something they are refusing to provide me.

My wife and I run a home care business and was looking into hiring a payroll/employee scheduling business for our company. We met with a representative of CareTime to review their software. Upon subscribing to them, we were informed that there would be a kickoff call to introduce us to the software, followed by 4 virtual training calls. The cost would be $165 to sign up and then $170 a month for the software. We completed the kickoff call and the first virtual training call. At the end of the first virtual training call, we inquired from the trainer on how we could cancel our account due to us not seeing any benefit in the software at the time. She provided us with cancellation instructions. Contact their support team and request a cancellation form. We emailed support as instructed and received no response. We called support and was advised someone would reach out to us. That did not occur. After over a month of no response or contact, we drove to their site location. The company has no office in ******* although they use multiple Florida addresses. The initial representative we met with to review the software provided us with a Florida address but we later found out that was false. With no contact or responses from CareTime, they continued to charge us for the software over the course of two months. We were told the Vice President would reach out to us. After over a week of him not doing so, we reached out to CareTime again and they stated he's on vacation. We cannot get ahold of any authority figures with CareTime and we feel scammed at this point. We've even had to call our credit card company and cancel the card to avoid being charged again.
