Noticed that air was being pushed out from below our house and thought we would need someone to check if there were leaks.

Refrigeration and Electric came out for a 200.00 fee and found 3 holes. 2 were fixable and 1 was below the handler and wet. Company stated that they would need to send out a technician to fix the leak and then once dry they would come out and fix the hole.

A week later. Technician didn't know what was wrong but after speaking to his manager he arrived at the conclusion that the unit was tipped to one side. After confirming it was level he replaces the door. We ask if the insulation above the electrical area is supposed to be wet like that and he assured us that it only looked wet but wasn't that wet. We pressed on the insulation and water easily comes out, he states that it will dry out and there is a plastic sheet that keeps it from getting to electrical. Need to wait for everything to dry below so they would come out and fix the last hole. 280.00

Week later, laborer goes under the house to find the leak is not actually fixed and hole still cant be patched or fixed.

Need a manager to come out this time. He says that the handler is the issue, the door cant come off and a stand needs to be constructed. Handler was installed by a technician just 6 years ago. New unit. Another manager needs to be ordered.

New manager comes out (Jay), part owner. He says that he got door off and that the electrical is wet and he's surprised that its even still working. He recommends (drum roll) a new unit. There is no fixing is without a complete overhaul. It gets better, he will waive all fees prior if we get the brand new unit and it even comes with a warrantee. Because I'm limited on characters I will say that the whole thing was a scam. No new unit, system was fixed for free from another company. Be careful for the all or nothing scam. Oh and they never refunded us anything, also they said they refused to fix the hole now that its dry. I wonder why.
