    On 11/11/2024, I took my car to Auto Dynamics of **************** to have my car battery changed. During the process, the employee caused an electrical ***** in the computer system. They could not fix what they broke, and they paid to have my car towed to another shop that could fix the computer. The employee and owner both denied responsibility. I drove my car on the lot, and I could not drive it off. They blamed me for the issue. The shop that did fix the car confirmed an electrical ***** took place which destroyed a computer module. The cost of repair was $1,800. Auto Dynamics refused accountability; therefore, the cost came out of my pocket. I went in for simple battery replacement and ended up paying $1,800 for the repairs caused by Auto Dynamics, and l lost my car for 10 days.

    customer was never charged he brought his own battery and we denied to switch it since they had different cold cranking amps. Customer then took vehicle elsewhere and wants us to pay for it. We don't even have an invoice for this customer cause we never did any work my employees and witnesses (customers who were present), the vehicle never left the parking lot. The customer then started harassing us and demanded we pay for his repairs! The car never left the parking lot.
