    On 2/28/2024 I took my Motorhome to Hi Tech to have my automatic steps repaired, they did not have the parts and said they would them by 3/6 or not latter than 3/9 but I had to pay for the parts in full $705.00, which I did based on their promised delivery date. The week of 3/11 I was told they were out of stock, I said I wanted to cancel the order and they refused. The following week I was told the parts were in Transit only to be told the following week they were out of stock, again I said I wanted to cancel the order and they again refused. On 3/29 I called them again and ask them to return my call with a status and as of 4/2 I still have not received a call. I want the order canceled, based on their failure to deliver by the date they said, had I known they couldn't deliver I would never of ordered the parts. On 2/28 I paid $825 total of which $705 was for the parts.I want to be refund the $705.00 for the part they promised by not latter than 3/8. At no time while ordering the part was I told it was nonrefundable or I could not cancel.
