    10-26-2022 Dropped off two tires for installation of two new tires. $438.70 total. Paid $200.00 deposit. They called 10-27 said hard getting tires off rims. Extra $100.00 for labor. Said ok. Went in 10-28 tires not ready. Told me wouldn't charge the extra $100.00 because it was taking so long . Went to pick up tires 10-29 they charged the extra $100.00. They said they never told me that they would drop the extra $100.00. Complete lie.

    Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/11/16) */ This is my official and only response. this customer called us for price quote with labor on replacing two tires. we informed him the brand, price, estimated labor and misc parts charges with a total of a QUOTE on the phone. He said he had a flat, he had ablow out! this required extensive time to remove tires from rims. PRIOR to starting the job he was provided a new labor price including tax and agreed to pursue the work with us. WE DIDNT CHANGE THE PRICE OR PRODUCT after he agreed to move forward. THERE IS NO Malice on our end, ************** was called and informed the tires were ready for pick up with the price (same price) told and when he arrived got very agnry, and using deragtory langauage at my staff that was not called for. I will not be servicing this customer again and will not offer any refunds of any kind. It's a shame Mr.C******** didn't do the correct thing and contact me the customer to find out the real story. Instead he continued the lies by stating I made derogatory comments. That never happened. I actually thought the young employee was mentally challenged and admired Mr C******** for hiring the handicapped. It's bad to take advantage of a senior citizen for an extra $100.00 because you can't get two tires off in 3 days. Other tire stores I talked to never had trouble removing tires. Even blowouts. Mr. C******** stated he would not do business with me in the future. No worries for me at all. I don't do business with liars and cheats. Just a warning. Get everything in writing from this business if you don't want to get ripped off. Business Response /* (4000, 12, 2022/12/02) */ we do not feel any further action on our behalf is necessary. We did based on witness accounts follow company protocol with this transaction and were given approval to proceed with the job at the cost agreed upon. We are sorry that Mr******** had he feels a bad experience.
