    I have never had experience with a company that provides such outstanding customer service! ********************** is AMAZING! I got my fence installed today and it looks absolutely fantastic! They were very thorough and explained every step of the process. They were so polite and respectful as well. Such a change from where we moved from. Southern hospitality doesnt run short with their crew for sure. I was very surprised at how super easy it was to get a quote, work with my HOA for approval and schedule so quickly after only being in ******* for one month! Holy smokes this company is top notch!Thank you so much for everything!! My fur baby can now go outside and enjoy the fantastic weather that is *******! P.S he just loves playing in the sprinklers! ??

    Awesome, Fence Central has a winning team. **** came out on the appointed time and looked at what we wanted. He offered a fair price and easily beat 3 other estimates. ****** was amazing, she is a go getter with great communication abilities. She set everything up and followed through on everything. The installer crew was extremely professional, the leader ****** and his crew ***** and ****** were clean cut, polite and courteous. They know the trade and are remarkable skilled tradesmen. They didn't take any short cuts and cleaned up on completion. ****** took up extra measures and went above and beyond to the find property pins ensuring the correct positioning on the fence. Finally the young lady that came back to glue the caps on, I'm sorry I forgot your name but not your smile.. I am humbled and grateful to know that such people like the team at Fence Central still take pride in doing the right thing. Thank you all, **** and *****************.

    Horrible experience with this company. It took over 3 months for them to install my front gate and they did not do a great job. When we spoke to one of their sells man they told us it would be a month until they can go out there and perform the job which we agree and made the half a payment. the month went by and nothing, no call or email. I had to call and when I told them what was going on the lady on the phone was like blaming me, asking me oh maybe you haven't made the payment, or did you check for permits. I told her I did not needed permits and that i had pay right away a month ago. After that she schedule me until the next month and when they came their employees brought the wrong style doors so AGAIN they made me wait 3-4 weeks until they came back. After they came back and install the door i ask them about the gate guides so the door wouldn't be moving or getting stuck with the fence they told us that wasn't part of the package. Why they never told me that me or offer it to install it. This is the worst company I had work with and would never do any business with ever again.

    Fence Central provided such an amazing and professional service from scheduling a quote to final installation. We are so happy with our new fence and absolutely love it! Everything was on point with the process. They were friendly, knowledgeable, extremely helpful, professional, and efficient. Barbara's customer service was exceptional! By the time the job was completed, I felt like I've known her for years. David's crew were on time, thorough, conscientious, efficient, explained everything about the installation before they started and answered all our questions. We could't be any happier with the beauty and quality of our new fence and with the entire experience from beginning to end. We highly recommend Fence Central.
