    Item sent to my residence that was not ordered by anyone known or in the household. Attempted multiple times to reach business by phone and email with no response to find out why item was sent. If business is unable to provide where the order originated from, item needs to returned and a label should be provided by business. I did not consent to receive any item and did not order any item from this business. After attempting to reach multiple times via information provided by the website, it does not seem like a legitimate business or contact number. All 3 extensions immediately request an email even though it is during business hours.

    The response from the business doesn't align to the response I received the other day. How could it be an address issue, yet my name still match? Additionally, the response speaks to the warehouse they sent it from, no issue regarding the name or address. The customer name should be different if they truly made a mistake with the address. Those would never match if someone made a mistake with an address. See the attached email reaponse from the business. This really feels like an attempted  Brushing Scam or something else very similar.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    This appears to be a brushing scam conducted by the business. Address mistakes happen but people do not make mistakes with their name too. I received an email from your company that included my name and address. Your reply about an address mistake is not accurate. How can your company correct both? How can both be a mistake? No one enters another person's name and address by mistake. I want to know how your business obtained my information.

    It looks like the order you received was sent to us through Hammacher *********. Is there a possibility that you ordered through there site or catalog? Or perhaps someone ordered it as a gift for you. Regardless we are sorry this has caused you some discomfort, on our side of things we saw an order come through and we sent it, no scam attached.

    I purchased gifts for Father’s Day. They cancelled my order and charged me anyway. They told me they credited my account, but they didn’t.
