    This business was contacted for assistance involving a non working RV furnace. I contacted the business in late February and set up an appointment for 1100 hrs 3/1. They arrived on time and after an hour the "technician" stated it was a "board" and "the furnace was wired wrong." He would order a board and come back. He had "rewired" the furnace he said. However when another repair service did do the repair, they found the furnace was WIRED WRONG.

    Two weeks later having not heard from the business I attempted to call with my call rolling over to voice mail. I left a message. No return call. Did the same again, same results. I then texted the phone number and did receive a response. The response said they had the board and would be out the next week, of March 27th, they would call. The week came and went and no call to set up a time. Wednesday 3/29 and again Friday 3/31 my wife called the phone number and left the same request each time; get out here and fix the problem or refund us the $180 fee for "diagnostic and service call." After the Friday call at 1500 hrs, my wife received a call back from the business telling her they were refunding us the $180 as they did not like how they had been "talked to" on the voice mail. Two follow-up calls had to be made after not receiving the promised check, the office person said the check had been mailed both times. The last call was 2 weeks ago and no check has been received as of this date 4/29.
