    I tried to report it as a scam, but because there was no phone number nor email address on the mailing it would not allow me to proceed. Last week I received a letter from the Florida Water ***************************** (the return address on the envelope). Opened it to find a card that is worded to appear from an official/government entity that sounds as if there has been water contamination in my area and needs to be inspected as soon as possible (using that verbage).At the very bottom, separate from the body of the letter, in MUCH smaller print, is a short disclaimer that states That Florida Water Analysis is independent from your local water utility. Still not reflecting that its a private business, just that they are not my local utility company.Upon searching the business its apparent it is not a scam, but this is a tactic that I personally find offensive, and will not do business with any company that is deliberately vague with their marketing. Apologies, but my thought is that no matter how good their service may be I cannot trust them.

    While it is your right to express your view, this is not a personal experience with our services, more just someone seeing a problem where there isn't one. To clarify, there is nothing in our advertisements that is untrue. We offer free water testing in hopes we can help you fix your water, if it needs it. If it doesn't? Well then, that is more peace of mind knowing you have great water. It is highly recommended to everyone on the planet to check what they consume. Water is the number 2 item we need as living beings (number 1 being air). Not sure why you are offended, but we were not trying to do so. We are just a business offering free water testing in hopes you need our services.

    This is the husband of one of our prospective clients live in son. The mom is ready to kick these adult children out of her home because of their poor behavior, not just towards our company. We did not deal with this person. He doesn't own the home, and lives off of the mother in law. It is a mess. We offer free water tests to any homeowner that requests it. Unfortunately, you run across folks who are just not appreciative of honest work. Yes, we sell water treatment. That is not a secret. We did nothing to scam anyone. But if this person wants to pile on untrue statements, I guess it is freedom of speech? Or libel, defamation, etc.

    The product might be "just fine" - but - the advertising is shady, at best.The mail is designed to look like it's from a government agency, when it's just a SALES PITCH to sell a product. I would buy water purification from a company which used honest advertising.NOT a "free inspection" for a sales person to gain access to your home.

    Our free water test mail card plainly states, "Florida Water Analysis in independent from your local water utility." We are sorry if you were confused by the language which states all truthful information.

    ******** did a fantastic job with the water analysis of our home. She explained everything as she went along, constantly asked if we had any questions, and when we did, she gave a very thoughtful and complete answer. She was very professional and we learned a lot.

    From our purchase of a water treatment system 8-years ago to the present, FWA has always been there when needed by providing annual inspections and rudimentary repairs. Over the past 2-3 years I have noticed a remarkable loss of water pressure to the point where I couldn't run a faucet and flush the toilet at the same time. Doing so would cut the pressure at both devices by 80%.... which is a Royal PITA when you are in the shower with shampoo suds in your hair hair.... Funny, after living with this nuisance for years and having the incoming water pressure checked by The County, it dawned on me last week that the water treatment system MIGHT be the culprit... I called FWA less than a week ago, expressed my interest in having them check the system for a blockage of some sort which was restricting the water flow, and was happy to accept an appt date less than a week out. Well, ******** the tech from FWA just left and guess what??? I need not fear getting soap in my eyes while washing my hair in the shower!!! ******** rebuilt various components of the system which contains 2-discrete filter mechanisms, backwashed the Ion Filter (it was 95-degrees outside and he was sweating his **** off) tested the quality of the water itself... and Praise the Lord, was able to restore our water pressure back to normal!!! ******** was a polite gentleman and came equipped with a plethora of knowledge in the water treatment arena. Including travel, parts, and time-on-site, the bill was $278 which I thought was very reasonable. I now have a 2-year warranty in force and the ability to have someone flush the toilet or open a faucet while I am washing my hair! GREAT JOB FWA and Thanks a BILLION.... under Bidenomics, a MILLION just doesn't cut it any longer!!!Respectfully.*************************

He was extremely kind and knowledgable, he took an very long time on the telephone to explain and clarify each and every question I had. I was extremely comfortable dealing with him and his company. These days its very hard to find a company that provides quality customer service. I hightly recommended Geno and his company for anyone in need of water purification in the Clermont area.     I was very impressed with Tom L. when he came to our home. His knowledge was exceptional and was very professional. He explained and answered all my questions about the reverse osmosis system. After the water analysis was done, it was hard to believe I was drinking the terrible Florida water all this time. I couldn't wait to have the new system installed.
    The company had a technician in the area, so I was able to have the system installed the same day! It took the tecthnician less than 1 hour to install and test the system. He was very professional, courteous, and cleaned up well after he completed the job. I am now drinking healthy water.
    I would incourage anyone living in Florida to get a reverse osmosis system from the Florida Water Analysis Company. Their system is the best and they provide exceptional service.

    They offered me a free water test which let me know what my kids and I are drinking daily. It’s a phenomenal group of people there, from the one’s scheduling the appointments to the technicians who test the water and thoroughly explain what’s in my water. So glad I called. I’ll be a lifelong customer.
