Date of transaction: 3/7/2023 Amount paid: $89.85 Credit card Transaction Reference Number: ***************** Service to be provided: Usenet access. No service ever was provided. Login credentials were not recognized. Even after recovering password and resetting password, the new login credentials were not recognized. Attempts to create a ticket with Support all failed. The site kept resetting the form, never creating a ticket for support. My attempt to contact the company by phone was equally unsuccessful. The number shown on my credit card statement - ************ * merely kept replaying the greeting message and options, for five minutes each time before the call was disconnected. I made five consecutive attempts to contact an operator. This was during normal business hours.

Hello.  In another ticket the customer submitted, ******* we issued a refund of $59.88 and emailed the customer this information.  They never replied, so maybe they never received our email.  This was done on June 16, 2023.  Can you please have them check the spam/junk email folders as well as check to make sure they see the refund we issued?

    Thanks,
    Newshosting Support
