      I hired COS Marketing Agency to boost my Instagram profile, with a clear agreement that I'd receive a refund if they couldn't deliver. Despite my specific request for a refund guarantee, they failed to improve my profile after days of attempts. When I requested my money back, as agreed, ******* ******* refused. I have recordings of her refusal and unprofessional behavior. I am extremely disappointed with this company's service and their breach of our agreement. She basically stole our money. We paid for a service she couldnt fulfill. If you read her bad reviews, she does the same thing to other businesses.

      Hello, we are very sorry to hear ******* feels this way. When we took on his account we had no idea his accoutn was comprimised due to his negligance. The ** account would not allow us to do ads because of this. We troubleshooted it for 3 timex the amount of hours we quoted him for originally. We we're happy to continue troubelshooting it until the account was fixed, so we could run the ** ads. ******* and his co-owner told us they refused to recieve anymore verification codes, which is normal for this kind of work. They refused to cooporate with us to fix their ** so we could run their ads. They asked us to cancel their contract, which we did right away. Our agreement does not include refunds, which is included in this response. You have both the original agreement and the termination agreement that will show this. We are happy to provide any other information you guys need regarding this. Thank you for your time!

      Please see attached video. We agreed for ads and that was not provided. We are not responsible for other costs that occurred but was still charged. After she admitted that no work was done, attempts to provide other ways of engagement for social media was made. We are not interested in other ways and only in ads as agreed. We asked for cancelation and refund but was rejected our money back after they were not able to fulfill the agreed contract. We were also told that they did not need to give us back the other months in attempts to strong arm us into signing the cancelation agreement. This is not right. I told her from the BEGGINNING that my ******** ads were disabled and she promised me that there would be ways around it. This is a robbery. She basically stole $950 from us. It's not right

      We are sorry that ******* is still upset about this. Our agreement is very clear. We do not offer refunds. We never heard about his ******** Ads being disabled. That has nothing to do with his Instagram. His Instagram page had technical issues, which we're unrelated to anything he mentioned. We spent many hours contacting Instagram and troubleshooting. He was the one that refused to help us continue to troubleshoot this and asked to cancel the agreement, which we granted. We would have continued to help had he not done so. We wish him the best in his endevours but will not be granting him a refund. He has also spread false comments about us online on other sites. At this point it is harrassment. We hope this closes that matter. Thank you for your time.
