      Unsolicited junk mail from direct marketing company. I want my address removed permanently from any of their mailing lists.

      We are a direct mail production facility that prints and mails data records supplied by our clients that they are attempting to attract as customers. We do not determine who is being targeted as a recipient/potential customer by our clients. We only facilitate the mailings on their behalf. Though we have thousands of clients providing us lists with millions of pieces to print/mail, We do try to keep a master list now to help customers like Mr. ******* when it is brought to our attention that they would like to be removed from mailings. However, again it is actually the company that is soliciting his business that is targeting him and not us. We can try to remove him from anything we mail, but if the company soliciting him uses another mail company he will continue to receive mail solicitations. Therefore, it would be better to contact the company that actually solicited him and not the company with the mail permit that was used to mail the piece. In any case, we will add him to our list. I hope this sufficiently resolves this and expect that anything negative will be removed from our record on BBB as again we are not the initiator of the solicitation but are still helping this consumer to the best of our ability.
