    I agreed to their "spring tune-up" which cost $20.25. The technician came out and said that he would have to fix a sprinkler head to run the system. He never went over the cost or that it would cost anything; he never explained exactly what needed to be fixed (also fixed a "pipe leak"). He finished the tune-up and I was then sent an invoice for $275.25. This included the $20.25 but charged me and additional $250 for the repairs without providing me with a written estimate and/or having me agree to the cost.I called to dispute the charge. The first ***** I spoke to agreed with me that I was only paying for the tune-up and that I should have been given a proposal for the repairs to physically sign. However, she then got the supervisor on the phone who basically told me that I was out of luck after offering me a 10% discount. She gave me the 10% discount which brought the bill to $247.72 (****** over what I agreed to).
