    When I went to Bodenvy Winterpark I was sold that they where going to get financial help. I was approve 6000.I ask why 253 if I told them I could pay 200.She said do not worry. So I sign accepting.For my understand it was until I paid the $5600.00. When I recieved my 1st statement, I was treaking out because my monthly payment went up NOW 280 FOR 36 MONTHS. I called where I had the financial help.They said that was the minimum.I called bodenvy and ask why if I had said 200, that the lady said dont worry when it said 253 and now 280.That this was way out of my budget. I said I will have to stop my treatment and pay what I have been given.The manager said I am going to send you the agreement for the refund.When She call said did you see and sign it .It was like she wanted the agreement sign right away.So as she was on the phone I did sign them.Now that I read some parts of what I understand.I see why the rush in signing.I feel trick as for one more time a WIN WIN FOR BODENVY.I used only 4 visit from 10 incluiding the day I was given what this was about.With me accepting I had a free treatment, so this day where I was given all the info.They gave me coolsculpting to freeze fat.For me this was the free treatment because it was given the same day of orientation.But NO when I cancel because I couldn't pay that much the manager said I will itwmize what you have used. When I recieved this itwmized receipt, I question the high cost of each item.The lotion they supposely make themself $200 for a 4oz bottle.The coolsculpting $1600, which I believed it was the free Rx, The Nutrition success pack( shake, keto meter) $1000, here I told her that I have checked in amazon for the same product the same amount it did NOT go over $400, so she wrnt down $500.1st consultation Initial Customized meal plan,45 minutes $300.00. 3 Nutrition check in,about 30 min each $600.00 2 weeks of meal $240.00 , which real price was $114.90 each week total $229 80 still over charging.The lasy.day I went in I had 1 check in plus a laser this last one they put it like tbe free Rx.It was $600. Everything was going great.But could pay that amount.It was the first time feeling good after I lost my husband of 38 yrs. from COVID

    I have developed severe hyperpigmentation on my left arm where the gel and Coolsculpting device were placed. I experienced a thermal event during my treatment and I had to return the next day. I have never had an adverse reaction to any treatment. I reached out to the corporate office first, and the representative said they would leave a note for the Dr. Phillips’ location to contact me the next day. I was never contacted; I had to call the location. I was then told to email a technician the photos after having described the affected area as looking like a burn mark. I received no follow up, and corporate has not answered my most recent calls. So, I have not received any advice or show of concern despite trying to voice mine. I paid $2,560 for 4 areas, 1 session each. I would like a refund for the one adversely affected area.
