    Ide give negative stars if I could. Went for laser facial.. an NP burnt me .. I went to maybe 5 different aestheticians afterward who said they should be ashamed of themselves as I went for follow up and they charged me (gave me discount) for a peel to try and erase their wrongdoing. Another said she never would have used laser in my skin. A PA said I should only go to professionals (I thought they were) .. another said it looked along the lines of law suit so I consulted an attorney that didnt know me from before but based on pictures it looked as though they really messed me up. Well they wrote in defense I was aware of the possible damage?! How ? Liars! Unethical evil! I dont know lasers thats what I went to you for!! Anyhow single parent almost two years later still thousands in debt to try and fix what they did with not a whole lot of imprivement.

    The owner thinks she is better than everyone. She is rude and condescending. After spending over $5,000 on treatment and not seeing any results they referred me to their surgeon.

    This business is the epitome of lying and bad customer service. I went for years and NEVER reacted properly to Botox between my eyes. As soon as a different toxin was used, it worked. I spent thousands at this establishment. I asked for my money back for the services that I had paid for in advance. Once I said I wouldn't come back, they assessed me $50 without my permission to my credit card and are refunding less money than Is due to me. This is exactly why I decided not to visit the spa again. This happened on October 12. To make things more irrational, they sent a letter saying they wouldn't treat me anymore. Again, after I'd say I wouldn't return.
