      We purchased a mattress from The Original Mattress Factory 4 years ago. The mattress had a 12-year warranty. The mattress started getting sags so i went to the store and spoke to **** the salesperson. **** suggested that a service person come out and inspect the mattress for defects and get it repaired. **** the service guy called and set up an appointment to look at it, but he complained saying that they probably couldn't do anything about the sags. He called 30 minutes before his appointment and rescheduled for the next day and again said they probably wouldn't do anything. **** finally came to look at mattress but when I greeted him at the door, he again said they probably can't do anything with it. When he finally looked at it, he said it was stained, and they refused to honor the warranty. I called **** and told him about my experience, and he said he would make some calls and call me back. He never called me back. I ended up purchasing a new mattress elsewhere. They have very poor customer service after the sale/
