  I thought it was a good program, until everything went wrong.
  We are not able to go to Ca for the VIP program, because of a medical injury, and not able to travel for up to a year, We live in TX. I have paid $5,500.00 VIP. I have asked for a refund, and they offered to waived the fee for another date. However they have no plans of going to TX, they offer LA, Florida or Hawaii, I have offered to paid for admin fees, and get some of my money back, and Sandra ********, Program Director, REFUSES any refund. I understand a contract is a contract, however doing the right thing is more important, and will get you better clients and referrals.

  Thank you for your feedback regarding CGTV, Denise ****. I understand that you have some concerns and I like to address the situation accurately.
  First and foremost, it's important to clarify the timeline of events. Your daughter Madison registered for the VIP program, but as of our records, she has not paid the full $5,500, and there is a past due balance. Additionally, we have maintained consistent communication with you via phone and email since Madison's registration.
  Regarding the rescheduling of the program, we accommodated your request due to your medical surgery, which was scheduled a month before the original event date. On May 24, 2023, we provided the option to transfer Madison to a future VIP event, and per your request, she was rescheduled for the 2024 VIP event. However, it came to our attention that on June 29, 2023, you requested a refund, which was several months past the deadline for canceling services and receiving a refund. On July 2, 2023, we responded, explaining the deadline had lapsed. We also noted that training videos associated with the program had been accessed during this time.
  In response, you mentioned that CGTV had already "broken the contract by changing the date to next year. This makes your contract null and void." I would like to clarify that CGTV rescheduled the program and waived the $500 transfer fee as a courtesy to accommodate your circumstances. The program Madison was originally scheduled for took place successfully on July 26, 2023 - August 1, 2023. We offered you the option to attend the event she initially signed up for, but you declined. Your assertion that we breached the contract does not align with the facts of the situation. Furthermore, on August 24, 2023, you mentioned seeking legal advice, and it was confirmed that the contract had not been breached as previously claimed. You also stated that your primary reason for seeking a refund was financial necessity.
  We understand your desire for a refund; however, it is essential to emphasize that refund policies are standard practices in business, and our company policy is no exception. Decisions regarding refunds are not made at my discretion but are in line with CGTV’s established policies.
  Despite the challenges and misunderstandings, we remain committed to providing options for Madison and yourself. We are willing and able to assist in rescheduling opportunities, should you be open to exploring them. Our aim is to ensure a positive experience for our clients, and we hope to work toward a resolution that benefits all parties involved.

  Having my daughter go through this program was so much fun. Even if acting doesn’t become something she’s interested in for the future I’m still glad we had the chance to go through this. Adrian and his team are 100% professional and friendly they were always willing to answer questions and kept a close eye on all their students.
  
  Keep in mind there’s a lot of homework you need to do before you show up for the workshops. Those assignments are gonna get you ready for the showcase. If your child is thinking about acting this is the place to go.

  The program was well planned, the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the program! They were ready and available to answer questions and give needed information. I admire the simplicity of Adrian. He is approachable to parents and the kids. I also appreciate how he cleared unrealistic expectations or false hope about the program, while at the same time encouraging the right mindset/attitude to encourage involvement and participation of parents. Overall, my daughter gained a positive perspective about acting and learning from the actors that were available to train them.

  Adrian and his team are amazing!! I was skeptical at first because I have never done anything like this. Adrian and Sandra were so kind when I needed assistance and they always answered every question in great detail. Once attending the program, I could already tell how much Adrian really cared about young actors!! The AllStar program is only a few days. Somehow I managed to learn almost everything there is to know about being in the acting business!! Adrian had acting coaches that have worked with Disney which was so helpful. Adrian also brought along managers, casting directors, and agents. I mean these people are top notch!! To perform a showcase for them and be on the callback sheet was exhilarating! My notebook is FULL of all the tips and advice that everyone provided. Adrian's entire team was patient, kind, and hard working!! For the amount of people and the amount of time we had, Adrian's program handled it so well. Everything went on schedule (maybe like 5 min delay IF that). The whole program is very professional and efficient. Adrian has been doing this program for some years now and you can tell!! I'm very happy that I proceeded with this program to kick start my acting career. It has really shifted my perspective on acting and has challenged me to really work hard!! They uplifted us and made us all feel VERY talented. Even though there were a lot of young adults and children, we all still managed to get 1 - on - 1 time with the coaches and even Adrian! If you are thinking of attending this program and you have hesitation, DO IT. You'll have to spend money to start your acting career anyway. The program provides everything you could possibly need. Now I feel very confident to start my own ******* channel with my self tapes. I know where to look for roles / agents and what to say! I'm so grateful for everyone that provided their professional insight. Thank you for a life changing experience, Adrian!

  CGTV is a professional experience for child and parent; you will learn about acting, how to navigate Hollywood, listen to countless personal experiences about success and failure in the acting industry; Adrian ******* and his skilled staff will train, prepare, and pave the way for you or your child to give a Hollywood level performance in the presence of high-level talent agents.
  You WILL NOT receive a guarantee that you or your child will step right into stardom; you will be shown - through shared experiences and visual media - the proper techniques to self-tape for auditions; the proper ways to invoke emotion into your monologues; you will repetitiously rehearse your lines for a scene in a showcase (that very same showcase that will host top notch talent agents who are looking to give callbacks to noteworthy performances); you will NOT BE PAMPERED and told you’re doing great when you aren’t, so be ready for constructive feedback when your acting, personality, or something else requires attention — Adrian ********* first career was teaching, so he doesn’t mince words and provides direct feedback. His staff is trained to do the same.
  My 6 and 8 year old kids learned a lot in the 7 day VIP program; even if they never get signed with an agency, I can honestly state that their confidence levels (on a social level with the ability to speak in public and while in the spotlight) were given a turbo charge. I’m grateful for this point alone.
  Adrian ******* is a life coach. You will learn more than acting when you take on this program. In many ways, as a 45 year old dad, I wanted to be right there in the crowd, with my kids, learning and doing. The energy and connectedness at CGTV LA were positively intoxicating.
  If you want to be inspired to act, learn trade secrets, understand Hollywood, gain access to talent agents, and soak up the energy and experience from Adrian and his unparalleled staff, then attend CGTV. It’s life-changing.

  This referral program is well worth the investment! I had received an ad about CGTV from a friend (this happened right after a local audition I attended turned out to be a scam, so I was very skeptical about this program at first). However, I gave Adrian and his crew a chance, and I’m so that glad I did. Adrian, Tanya, Daniel, Tyler, Hutch, and everyone at CGTV are not only legit, but they are the best! The only feedback I would give is the suggestion to host separate training programs and showcases for child actors and teen/young adult actors - child actors need different levels of attention from teen/young adult actors, and I think these two groups would both be even more successful in their training and performances if they were separated from one another. Nonetheless, thank you all so much for such an incredible performance experience, and helping me begin my exciting endeavors as an actress!!!

  Very impressed with everything and would highly recommend this for anyone who has a child interested in pursuing a career in acting. Adrian and his team were fantastic and they took excellent care of my 7 year old throughout the entire week. He definitely came out of it a better actor and I look forward to seeing where his career goes. Thanks Adrian and team!

  i loved this for my daughter, this was a great experience for her and me as a father to watch her perform and be around other great talents like hers. Its ran super professional and the teachers were great. Adrian you are a wonderful guy and great leader keep up the great work and i hope to work with you in the future.
