  ***** was on point every step of the way. Easy to talk to, actively communicated with us, answered any questions we had and was quick to address any concern we had with our re pipe.Our warranty company set us up with In Control Plumbing, and told us it could take 48 hours to hear back for appointment scheduling. I called them directly after 24 hours, and ************** us in the same day. He actually called me back and asked if someone would be home because he could be at our house in six minutes!He listened to the leak through the wall, checked for any signs of water damage along baseboards and adjoining walls, and told us he was fairly certain it was a slab leak because there were no signs of water coming out of the walls. We were already aware we were overdue for a re pipe.He quoted us significantly less than previous figures we'd been quoted. Very reasonable, and wasn't trying to ***** us for more than the job was truly worth.He applied for the permitting promptly after we agreed to move forward, and had us scheduled for the project within the same week.His team was great. Their work was high quality, they pressure tested the system for longer than what is normally required, and the work is covered by a warranty that is better than any I've researched for the plumbing industry in our area.We did have an issue where they'd run a line through one of our cabinets that we weren't super happy with, but they took our concern seriously and promptly moved the line to an interior wall instead.They cleaned up well after the job was complete, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We can actually wash our clothes in *************, and rest assured that leaks are a thing of the past in our old house.***** also provided us with trusted referrals for drywall patching after their work was complete.Will absolutely recommend In Control to anyone who needs a plumber in the ******* area.

  In Control was assigned to ** by AHS after the original plumbing company botched the job and would not return or communicate to finish the job. ***** came, immediately found the problem which was an unconnected wire, tested water heater and made sure that we were getting heated water at last after 5 weeks of tepid water showers. Thank you for your professionalism and expertise.

  Job was paid, work was not finished. Almost 30 days later, I only receive excuses why they can't make it to my house to finish, then it became zero communication.
