We love our pool! The folks at Premier pools were wonderful to work with. Things happened in the timeline they gave us, there was always someone available to answer any questions or concerns we had. They did a great job of walking us through the process from design, start up and maintenance as well as everything in between. Their main competitor in my area had me on their schedule 1 year out just for a quote, other estimates we received came in an email with no follow up. ******* gave us our quote with computer rendered drawings, made changes to the drawings on the spot, as we chose embellishments those drawings were updated to reflect our choices. We used Preimer pools of central florida for our new pool at our home. We have been very happy with them and the team and vendors. The process has been smooth. We signed the contract end od Dec 2022 and its now July and we have a pool and are using it. Garrett was the designer and he was wonderful to get us started and get the design that we wanted out of our heads onto a rendering. Once the process of permits approved and ground breaking our contacts went to Blaine and Hal. Blaine was the main contact we never met in person but we spoke on the phone a lot and e mailed and texted. He kept us in the loop for all that was happening. If we had any questions he was able to answer them for us. Hal was the on site contact, he was there after big projects to review and make sure the venders were on track. We are not 100% done just have a very small punch list but Leslie has taken over and she so far is great too. We could not be happier as Premier made the dream of us to have our own pool come true. The process was not stressful and I recommend them 100%. The quality of the work is also great I don't feel like anything was rushed. Premier Pools of Central Florida built a pool for us and the experience was extremely positive. They built a beautiful, quality pool with no failed inspections or failed equipment. They do what they tell you they are going to do without much effort from us. Our neighbors built a pool at the same time and used another very popular pool company in the area. They have experienced a lot of issues including two fail electrical inspections and a brand new pump that did not work for three weeks right after the pool was fired up with all the chemicals. I highly recommend Premier Pools of Central Florida to anybody looking for a "high end" quality pool builder. Thank you Premier!Premier Pools of Central Florida, Inc.
