    The Gardner, LLC had a crew arrive to perform lawn service in the ****** **** development in Casselberry, FL to perform lawn care at ***** ********** ***** **** ********** ***** *** **** ********** ****. The yard crew, which included the company owner Clark V******* proceeded to use leaf blowers to blow the leaves and yard waste across the street and up into the cul- de- sac and into the road gutter in front of my property the deveopment and leaving the mess there rather than clear it up. The mess will now back-up the road gutter and flood my driveway and garage the next time that it rains. I called Clark V****** and informed him of the problem and asked that he send his crew back to clean up the mess, however he declined to do so. Now I will have to pay someone to come clean up the mess.

    I always pick up the leaves in front of my clients' houses. And the leaves on the half of the street in front of my clients' houses. I dont clean up the whole street. After I serviced my clients lawns, he accused me of leaving the leaves on the street. But the fact is whatever leaves were left on the street weren't my responsibility to clean up. 

    He's just being ridiculous.. 

    I spoke to my 3 clients which are neighbors of his, who live across the street from him. And they saw us pick up the leaves... 

    And they also said he is just a grumpy old man that doesnt have anything better to do with his time...

    I am rejecting this response because: The business owner, Clark V****** is not being honest. I will give him the opportunity to correct his response and apologize for his misstatement of the facts. If he does not correct his statement, I will print his response and take it to the neighbors that he claims to have spoken with.  Also, there is another neighbor who is also upset with his actions and they may also file a complaint if he fails to correct this problem.  I want his actions to cease as I don't need the additional work that he creates.
