    New in ******* from Europe and confronted with a huge damage from a hail storm, luckily we were tipped to contact ***** and he helped us almost 1 year to get the claim finally complete paid by the insurer. Also after the first agreement for payment where the insurance company didn't follow the agreement he helped us again to get it solved and paid.***** hopefully we don't need you again but if we need an Adjuster or if we hear someone who needs one we would certainly point them to you.     I recently worked with Glenn at 2nd Opinion Public Insurance Adjusters and his work is extremely thorough and his interactions with the insurance company resulted in a positive outcome on my claim. He documented in great detail items that needed to be added or adjusted in the insurance claim. I was very impressed by his detailed reports and work with the insurance company.     Glenn Doerfler is an excellent public insurance adjuster. I’ve used his services 3 times over the last 20 years to resolve hurricane damage matters with my insurance company. I’m two issues the insurance company denied my claim and Glenn was able to negotiate settlements beyond expectations. He is highly professional, responsive and fights for his clients —-highly recommend
