    Today is July 16th, 2023; on July 4th I bought on line The Moderntechsphere Main Bulb Cam or JXLCAM from **************************, order number: #1712663.1712867. The product was shipped/arrived on time, but it does not work. I tried on my own, it did not work. Same happened with my son-in-law; it gives error messages one after another: “invalid ID” -“connection failed” - “waiting for the camera to be networked” etc. When we use the QR code included with instructions it does not work, the instructions are in accurate and incorrect. The item’s bill was $46.00 plus $9.99. The Customer service phone numbers on their site are phony nobody answers; email addresses do not get anywhere. IT IS SIMPLY A SCAM.
    Please protect consumers! Do something to help victims of these scammers. I will call my CC to see if they can cancel this transaction.

    1st-Received 3 cameras in soft pack not a box that was damaged on one of the boxes and some of the parts missing.

    2nd-they do not have 24/7 customer support that I also purchased because you only have an email contact. Their phone number is only for returns. I ask how can you get 24/7 support by email; IMPOSSIBLE!!!

    3rd-could never connect the product to my Wi-Fi let alone get it to work.

    HORRIBLE PRODUCT AND NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
    WASTE OF MONEY AND OF MY TIME.

    We ordered this product and it would not worki in our outdoor light. We had to pay over $12 to return. It had been way over a month and no refund. I have left several voice mails and no reply. Not a good company

    They will not work no matter how we try to install watched all videos repeat all prompts still nothing contact company offered $15.00 and to keep cams and give to other famy members would like the $95.00 and they can sell them to someone else

    I ordered the SafeCam 360. It took much longer than the 2-3 day delivery as advertised. Tracking numbers were useless. Customer service very hard to get in touch with. Finally received the bulb cameras. I tried to install but cannot get them to connect to my home WI-FI. I called tech support and was told to email and someone would get back to me. I did email but the email got returned as undeliverable. I called a different number and was told to watch a You tube video on installing the bulbs. I am not happy. This is a horrible company.
