DO NOT GO THROUGH GLOBAL TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL OR *********** FOR ANYTHING! I have been a member for 1.5 years. I have been a Travel Advisor for almost 10 years. For the last 1.5 years as a member with Global Travel Int. (************), I have been selling, selling, selling, and when it comes time to get paid, they don't pay. I have to chase the money I have already earned. On the members site, Global Travel has in my ALREADY PAID accounts payable tab that I have been paid, and I have not. I have been calling several times a week for the last 6 months trying to get paid. As of right now, I am owed over a thousand dollars. I have spoken to so many CS agents and supervisors and yet I still haven't been paid. Most recently have been speaking with Supervisors, ******, ***** and *****. I have spoken repeatedly to ******** ****** and ********. Every conversation, I ask to speak to ***** ******** (the accounting supervisor) and continue to get told that "she's busy and will call you back before the end of the day". Do I ever get a call, no. I have made countless calls and emails with zero response back. I have even been asked more than I can count if they have my correct banking information, which they do because I HAVE received a few payments direct deposited in the past. I just want to be paid what I have already earned, but not yet paid. Oh, and did I mention I have also been paid in the paid incorrect amounts. I'm not sure if it is embezzlement or what, but it sounds like I'm not the only member being stole from. I am also filing with the BBB with this information. If you are considering going through Global Travel or Reservco, DON"T! Go somewhere else, unless you want to work your tail off and not be paid. We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulty reaching the supervisor you wish to speak with. Please be assured that we will address this issue accordingly.
In reviewing your membership, we show five items that have not yet been paid to you. As per your membership terms, commissions are calculated from the base amount and paid out 30 days after receipt, provided travel has been completed.
Three of these five items are cruises. One cruise just traveled on May 4th, with a completion date of May 11th. The other two cruises are scheduled to travel in June and October therefore commission will not payout until they have traveled and commissions have been received from the vendors.
Regarding the two hotel items that show as pending, the one with a January travel date for which we just received commission in April will be paid out at the end of May. For the other hotel, we do not show commissions received as of yet.We also show that you have received multiple commission payments totaling 289.53.

This complaint is soley about commission. I booked travel for a customer on 12/14/2024 and submitted the documentation as requested to only be met with no invoice nor update status of this reservation. I am getting the constant run around of " I need to check for an update". The accountin department failed to do the invoice. The supervior have yet to assist me in this matter. I have emailed several representatives regarding this reservation to only be met with the same response of I need to check on the update. I have even gone as far as contacting the vendor directly and they have informed when the commission pay-out was made, dates and amounts and I informed this with Global Travel to still be met with no information. As of today, 3/21/2025 we are now 97 days post travel. I have been told that it takes 60 days to update... we are 37 days over that time. In the back office it's even stated 30 to 60 days for commissin to post... however still no progress. I have worked with other agencies and have nevrer had this issue. Please, help me to resolve this immediately. Thank you. I am filing a complaint against Global Travel Agency due to their breach of contract regarding the payment of my earned commissions as a travel agent.According to the agent portal, I was marked as paid over a month ago, but I have yet to receive any payment. Despite multiple attempts to address this issue, the responses from the company have been inadequate, lacking clear reasoning, confirmation of amounts, or specific payment ********** is a summary of the timeline and the ongoing issues:-The agent page states that I was paid over a month ago. However, I have not received any payment.-When I finally received a response from Global Travel Agency, I was given an apology without explanation and offered an "upgrade" to my membership as a remedy. When I followed up, I was again told it would be processed "this week," with no specific date, amount, or reasoning provided.-The chat support staff repeatedly state they are "reaching out to accounting," but there is no direct line of communication (phone number or email) for agents to contact the accounting team directly. This lack of transparency, accountability, and communication is unacceptable and unprofessional. I spoke with Malik **************** 1/8, today... who made no mention of a payment being processed. As of now, I have not received any payment from Global Travel Agency. Furthermore, the amount stated is incorrect. This payment pertains to a group trip that began and ended simultaneously, and the correct payment should be approximately $1,700.
It is both unprofessional and a breach of contract to claim on the agent portal that I was paid over a month ago when, in reality, no payment has been made. Additionally, your explanation that the delay was due to the holidays is unacceptable. My payment was due before the holiday season, and as a business, using this as an excuse undermines professionalism. If I were behind on renewing my membership, I doubt such reasoning would be accepted.
I need a clear and specific timeline for when I will receive the full amount owed. I expect the payment to be processed immediately and a resolution to this ongoing issue. This level of mismanagement and lack of accountability is not acceptable.Business Response

On December 7th at 11:00am my husband and I attended a presentation at *********** at ********************************************************************. We were invited by a postcard that the company collected from us at the door. We were promised a $50 dinner gift certification and other gifts (cruise, hotel stay) We opted to not purchase their wholesale travel program ($8000) and asked to provide an email address so they could send us the $50 dinner gift certificate. I have been a member of Global Travel/Rezervco for 20 years. The service provides an IATA number for booking trips as an independent travel agent. Often, additional information is required when booking trips. I have called Global Travel multiple times to get the login information for the travel industry booking sites Cruising Power and Espresso. On the rare times I have not been disconnected (4 times today alone and multiple times in the past two decades) I spoke to a *** today who told me I had to pay even more money than the $199 I am paying annually which is supposed to cover EVERYTHING. I'm so frustrated and will not be paying them even more money for items I am supposed to have access to.Business Response

We do not grant access to Cruising Power/Espresso as it allows all users under the agency to view all bookings made under the agency credentials. We do this to protect booking information as well as passengers personal information for all of our members. Members have the ability to make cruise reservations via their agent website, contacting our internal travel sales team or by calling the vendor directly to make the booking using the agency CLIA number.

I am rejecting this response because the supplier informed me that the commission was indeed paid. According to their (*********************************) message,"For PNR: 2QUSYW & 4FVGDP, we have processed ACH to the host agency for $214.00."
Additionally, I want to clarify that I have attempted to contact Global Travels (***** ******** <***********************************************************************************************************>, cc: **********************************,********************************************************************************************************) over 10 times. On the second attempt, ***** responded, stating that she needed to consult with management on this matter.Despite several attempts via email and phone, I received no further responses.
I also made it clear in two separate emails that if the issue remained unresolved, I would proceed with filing complaints to the appropriate authorities. Even after this warning,I did not receive a response. If this business were operating honestly, they would have addressed my concerns.
I have noticed numerous similar complaints across various platforms. The company offers perks for signing up but fails to deliver them after customers request access through their portal. There is an online form to submit these requests, but no confirmation is provided, leaving no proof of submission. I resubmitted the form to capture the request for proof a second time. (for $75 Gift card voucher & 5/4 vacation certificate that was offered when signing up with one payment that I did).
I can provide screenshots and the entire email chain as additional evidence. Based on my experience and the patterns of behavior I've observed, I believe this business may be fraudulent.

On June 6, 2023, I paid $199.00 to Global Travel / Rezervco for a 1 - year membership as a travel agent including 5 days 4 nights trip to *********, ******. On June 14, 2024, I paid another $199.00 to renew my annual membership as a travel agent. Global Travel / Rezervco did not communicate membership renewal no longer includes 5 days 4 nights trip to *********. I attached example of Global Travel / Rezervco website saying buying an annual membership gives access to Mexico vacation. Notice it says, "Plus get a Mexico vacation." I will like Global Travel / Rezervco to honor what is in writing on website "2 for 1 membership sale! Buy any annual membership and get one. Plus get a Mexico vacation." Hello, With our membership program The 5 day 4 night vacation certificates are for new members only. They are not an annual benefit. ******************* received his 5 day 4 night vacation certificate when he became a new member in 2023.
The certificates provided with new memberships state in the terms that they are a 1 time benefit and additional certificates may not be provided or used by the holder or any direct family member or member of the household.
******************* has purchased multiple vacation certificates through other programs over the years however those provided with new memberships clearly state they are a 1 time benefit.

I have been a commissioned travel agent with GTI for 30 years. The last couple of years the member customer support provided has is not fulfilling the promised support agreed upon. I have been trying reach a manager to address problems with member benefit support. The company blocks you from reaching any managers and they will not return calls to members to address any issues. I've had commission issues, promised perks for upgrading membership that I did not get and getting support when you need assistance to handle any problems. I'm complaining about the service to its member agents that makes money for the and the unresponsiveness of manager to address my commission issues.Business Response

We will review and address the items described above by *****************. He did speak to one of our Travel Sales Team members yesterday May 13 2024 regarding an issue with a cruise where he did and upgrade and we had to update our system to reflect the additional commissions based on that upgrade. We will review his account today and to be sure everything is up to date.
