    In October 2024, I contacted what I thought was ******** official customer service to book a hotel room. The representative assured me that I was booking directly through *******, but I later discovered that I had been dealing with ORB Tickets, LLC, an unauthorized and fraudulent company that falsely claims affiliation with *******. They charged me an exorbitant $1,558, far beyond standard [hotel] market rates. **************** intentionally misrepresented itself as the official customer service department of ******* ******** EXPE], the well-known and reputable online travel agency. This company is engaging in:Counterfeit and deceptive practices Misleading consumers into believing they are affiliated with Expedia.False advertising and misrepresentation Using ******** branding and falsely posing as its customer service representatives.Price gouging Charging inflated rates to unsuspecting consumers who believe they are booking through a trusted travel agency.**************** is harming consumers through fraudulent practices and financial exploitation. The companys actions violate fair business practices and cause substantial financial harm to customers. The two **************** office locations are ********, ******* and **************, *******. If I could, I would have left "0" stars rating. This company does NOT deserve any stars rating and needs to be avoided entirely. I hope the Better Business Bureau (BBB) will investigate and take action to prevent this company from continuing to mislead and defraud consumers.

    I thought I was changing an airline reservation I made with *******. Somehow I was given the phone number of this bunch as ******* representative. They never verified they were not Expedia, took my information and changed my Expedia reservation. Then they charged me a huge fee. When I threatened them, they refunded a chunk of the charge, but not all. This bunch needs to be shut down immediately.

    Stay away from this company. I thought I was talking to delta but I was charged $450 in fees before it was too late when I realized. This company should be shut down

    Was almost scammed by this company today. They have a fake website which poses as a ****** ********. They were pushy and rude and tried to charge me $750 to change a name on a ticket that I already purchased through United. Super frustrating, I hope action is taken to stop their deceptive business practices.

    Then when I cashed United Airlines, and actually got the REAL airline representative, I found out they wouldn't have l have charged me to change the date!

    telling be the first didn't go through! Then when I cashed United Airlines, and
    actually got the REAL airline representative, I found out they wouldn't have l
    have charged me to change the date! I'm out $278 for charges in 2 credit cards!

    informed that she needs to pay the difference of the fare which was 139.00USD.
    Customer agreed and wanted to go ahead with the changes.

    We have received an electronic signature as an
    acknowledgement from the credit card holder, post that we have made the changes
    as requested and sent an E-ticket on the same date.

    Observation: - Everything was confirmed on the
    call and on email for which Customer agreed on both.

    Resolution – After receiving the complaint called
    CCH multiple times but no response, also as a goodwill gesture processed full refund.

    I too was scammed into believing that I was speaking with an airline representative. $1751.74 went to the airlines for my 4 tickets, but I ended up paying an additional $447.36 in fees. What a rip off!


    UPDATE:


    After writing my original review of ORB Tickets I was delighted to be contacted by the company. It seems that there had been some misunderstanding. I was promised a refund for a positive review and so here it is. I am quite pleased that the company was responsive and will reimburse me for my inconvenience.

    new reservation on the website, agent asked to check her connection but
    everything seems ok so agent offered help to make the reservation on the
    website. As the fare was not the same as on the website informed the available
    fare which she agreed for. We have received an electronic signature as an
    acknowledgement from the credit card holder, post that we have booked the
    tickets and sent an E-ticket on the same date.   

    Observation: - Everything was confirmed on the
    call and on email for which Customer agreed on both.

    Resolution – After receiving the complaint called
    CCH on billing phone number and spoke to DENISE M ********* as she wasn’t clear about the charges and had
    some confusion which was cleared for her and for customer satisfaction
    processed the refund and also received an update on the review with a positive
    feedback.

    Sheila called to use her jet blue points in order to book a
    flight with Jet blue which was operated by Copa airline. Customer service representative
    denied to use the point and advised her to book a new flights reservation with
    American airline as it was cheaper for which customer agreed. We have received
    an electronic signature as an acknowledgement from the credit card holder, post
    that we have booked the tickets and sent an E-ticket on the same date.   

    Observation: - Everything was confirmed on the call and on
    email for which Customer agreed on both.

    Resolution – After receiving the complaint tried calling CCH on billing phone
    number multiple times, no response. Dropped call back email and voicemail left
    as well still no response.
