    2.21.24 American Leak Detection was sent to my house. The lead worker did NOT IDENTIFY the leak. The homeowner did. I also explained what happened. Afterwards, the lead worker for AMERICAN LEAK DETECTION invited, WITHOUT MY CONSENT, another worker to my house, FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. When I went downstairs, a man, whom I did not know, was looking in a hole in the ceiling. He was introduced by AMERICAN LEAK DETECTION.Apparently, these two companies work with each other. THEY SHOULD NOT DO THAT TO RESIDENTS. That encorages wrong behavior! The representative for the insurance company was not happy because the insurance company that sent AMERICAN LEAK DETECTION was not informed. And it was not an action that the insurance company recommended. Also, AMERICAN LEAK DETECTION charged my insurance company more than $400.00 for the same exact problem that my Father told me to tell the insurance company about. I also tried to contact this company for a different matter and no answer. I feel that AMERICAN LEAK DETECTION overcharged the insurance company because they know the insurance company will pay. That is wrong!
