    We are currently in the process of building a pool with Presidential. It has been painful and disappointing to say the least. Everything was great until construction started. We have had to personally supervise every step in the process and caught mistakes that the construction manager did not. There is zero proactive communication, no project plans were shared and we need to constantly ask for updates. It feels like they are doing us a favor. The construction supervisor is so rude and treats us like idiots. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and follow through.
    If this seems like the same review as Versuka's, it is because we are experiencing the exact same thing. Communication with the Construction Team is impossible. Not only do they treat people poorly, but they seem to think after a contract is signed - their service is still up for negotiating. Work promised and in a contract is not up for negotiation. If there are problems - FIX THEM. Why should the owners have to point them out to the Project Manager? They shouldn't. But with Presidential Pools, you will have to.

    As with any review, we take this situation very seriously and need to respond accordingly to ensure we have protected ourselves when we receive a "1" star review without allowing the customer to take a look at the final product, much like looking at a painting that is not quite finished.

    We are working with the parent's of this reviewer. Unfortunately, there were design flaws submitted by the son that we are having to mitigate and correct which is taking time, multiple demands that are not feasible, and issues with progress payments. As with any Presidential Pool, we will complete this job per our agreement and leave them with the backyard oasis they originally asked for.
