    After being displaced due to Hurricane **** I bought an ** in ******** and drove it back to Florida. On November 23, 2022, the ** broke down at Chrome 75 in ******** Florida. I called around for tow/repairs and was able to get it towed to RV Collision of Florida in Yahala Florida. I paid $2000 deposit on December 10th and then on December 19th, I paid $9000 more deposit to continue the repairs. I paid a total of $11,000 and they promised to do their best to have my ** completed and ready by December 25, 2022. But it was not done. There were more issues every time we spoke between December 2022 and April 2023. On April 10, 2023, it was ready. I paid them an additional $3722.22. When I got in it, it seemed like someone had been living in it. I started it and the check oil light was on. I went to ******* to tell him and he was busy and would call me that it was a simple fix, he had forgot to clear and it would take 5 minutes to fix. I started heading home and the temperature started going up. I kept stopping to check that there wasn't an issue with drag from the Jeep to cause overheating. I called ******* and he promised it was an issue with the gauge and it was fine. I got 88 miles away from Yahala and the check engine light came on. I pulled into a gas station and called ******* to pick it up to fix it. I disconnected my Jeep and drove back home. Two days later he let me know he had picked it up from the gas station. I was able to file a complaint with my **************** card to retract the $3722.22 payment and ** Collision reversed the payment on April 20, 2023.I have corresponded with ******* and his wife ******* and they keep delaying the completion with more issues and excuses as to why it is not done. It has been almost a year and they say they are going to call me but then I do not hear from them. They will not respond to any of my calls or texts. I do have texts and receipts from them to collaborate the events that have happened over that last 11+ months.
