    A few days ago I had my car windows tinted at the *** business. The day I went to pick up the car I was charged $ 400 for the tint work. I was told by the employee that they charged me an additional $160 from the original price of $240 because I had requested to have the whole front window tinted instead of just the front window visor. I paid $ 400 total for the tint work done on my car. The next day I respectfully requested *** management to consider providing a partial refund of $50 because the employee failed to inform me prior to doing the tint job about the additional $160 cost to tint the entire front window. The day I went to pick up my car I paid the total fee charged of $400 dollars to avoid any issues but I feel i was overcharged and the worst thing is that I wasn't given prior notice about the additional charge of $160 prior to the employee doing the work. On or about Jan 4 the *** manager called and made threats stating that I was extorting his business for a service he provided. I simply replied to him by saying that I had the right as a customer to make a claim for services rendered. I informed the manager to stop accusing me of extortion. I still believe that this business should offer a $50 partial refund based on the above-mentioned facts.
