I enrolled my granddaughters in this school as we felt it would be a good outlet for them. They had been in a fatal car accident and we were trying to help them recover from the trauma. We advised the school if the situation and it was no problem. There were some days that the older girl was having difficulties and we understood that! They have kicked both of these girls out and treated quite unprofessional in top of that.At the time they kicked them out I had just purchased through them ballet shoes for the oldest girl. When we received the shoes I advised them the shoes didnt fit. They advised me to let her try them first but we didnt. When they kicked the girls out it was before the next class so I advised them I would be returning the shoes and they said if the shoes in the original condition we could. They are as they are still in the box and never been worn! I tried to return them tonight and was told because the school dis-enrolled the child I cannot return the shoes. If I want I can donate them to the school!! Why would I donate an item to an organization who shows favoritisms and kicks out children for NO reason. They say its because of behavior but honestly it was because of my ex son in law not the girls. Especially the younger one. She keeps asking when shes going back and we are now dealing with that rejection!! This is NOT a competitive school its recreational. Several parents found out why we arent there and are absolutely shocked!! I am very unhappy with the unprofessionalism of this facility. But, when you wont give me a refund on shoes that was ordered by your facility incorrectly! I draw the line.Help..I only paid $21.40 plus tax but its the principal. First you handle everything unprofessionally and then steal!!

We understand your disappointment and frustration with the situation. As per our policy, students with more than three behavior warnings are not permitted to continue attending classes, as agreed upon and signed in the waiver during registration. The decision to dis-enroll your granddaughters was made based on documented instances of problematic behavior (running, screaming, kicking, unkind statements made to other children during class and a disregard for teachers instructions) and multiple efforts were made to address these concerns through various communications.

Regarding the ballet shoes, we acknowledge your request for a return. However, our policy stipulates we do not accept returned dancewear. Unfortunately, due to the dis-enrollment of your granddaughters, we are unable to process the return of the ballet shoes in this instance.

Furthermore, we would like to address your unacceptable behavior when speaking to our staff and conversations in the lobby. We take pride in maintaining a professional and respectful environment for both our staff and customers. Any form of disrespectful or inappropriate behavior towards our staff is not tolerated, and we reserve the right to refuse service if such behavior continues.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding of our policy.

    Thank you
