    I purchased a mobile home from ****** Mobile Homes on the date of *****2024. During the process of the set up of my mobile home my land was scrapped 5 feet deep which required my original septic permit to be inadequate and required development of a new permit which increased the installment price from $7600.00 to $10000.00 due to it now requiring 2 tanks and a pump system for the septic. The placement of the home is right near the hill from the dug out and when it rains, 4 to 5 inches of rain stands on the left side of the house. I can not even walk on the left side of my house because the water is there and will sink my feet up to my lower leg. My home was also damaged in the moving process with the trims of the home and they were not repaired. The company also did not set my home up correctly which is causing problems because the concrete pillars are now sinking into the ground, shifting, and cracking due to incorrect installment on loose dirt. As more rain comes, the home will settle into the ground more and cause even more damage that it has already done. The sinking pillars are causing other damage to my home the vinyl siding is coming apart and shingles on my room are popping up. The middle section of the doublewide mobile home is splitting at the top, wood is exposed and carpenter bees and insects are entering at the site of exposure creating holes in the wood. The doors of my home are hard to open and close due to the incorrect set up of the home. The exposed wood of the roof is exposed to rain which will eventually rot the roof prematurely.
