    On April 4 2024 I had an appointment for my car to be throughly checked for a issue that I knew was going on with my thermometer and my cooling system ******** , the mechanic insisted when checking everything that I only had an issue with with the water pump system connected to cooling . he gave me a quick check which was about maybe 5 to ********************************************************************************************* My vehicle is still in the same exact shape. It cannot run Which is why I reached out to the mechanic from the beginning.but the issue was never corrected . No work was ever done on my car. It looks like from what the mechanic has done. Because the same issue is still happening. When I reached out to the mechanic about the problem after letting him know instead of saying, let me come back and maybe look at the vehicle. He insisted to call me a liar during a voicemail . I pointed out to him when I contacted. You told me that I did not need a thermometer, on april 4th but when you were doing the service you only told me during the middle of the service on april 9th that I needed a thermometer and then I needed to pay $145 for a thermometer. And that my car to fix the thermometer and everything else would be another extra charge of around $300. So I was never quoted correctly on April 4 from the beginning. when I checked the price online a thermometer for my car is between $30-$50 and also to was very rude about everything., he charged me 125 for internal check for a quote and 510 for parts and labor. My vehicle cannot run still which means i just paid 635 and nothing was ever fixed my cooling system is still not working. He never did a accurate through check to quote correctly , never showed me parts . And never fixed the issue. Its very stressful when you experience a issue like this and the other party is not accurately accepting responsibility. You should have throughly checked the car not just taken money quickly.
