  Save yourself the time and the headache and find another company to install your countertops!!! My white quartz countertops were installed with a blue ink **** in the seam. After informing my sales representative, a service team was sent to my house too remove the ink. Their initial efforts involved a razor blade and cleaning product which spread the ink and made the whole problem worse. They came back several more times and just continued to make the problem worse while also widening the gap in the seam, damaging my walls, and breaking one of my kitchen cabinets. They came back one last time to fix everything that was previously broken and I was ultimately left with a "good enough" countertop with noticable seam issues that I'm currently considering hiring another company to replace.As others have stated, communication was a huge problem throughout this entire process. Trying to get in touch with anyone was always a struggle and I was told different things depending on who I talked to. Everyone who came to "fix" my countertops threw someone else under the bus, insisting that it was not their fault things were going wrong because the previous person hadn't done the right thing. A lot of promises were made but almost nothing was followed through on, including replacing the countertops if I was not happy with them. I was constantly told that they just wanted me to be happy, but clearly they just wanted me to stop contacting them and go away. No one called at any point to check in and see how things were going or if problems had been resolved, and I had to initiate every communication effort. I chose to go with this company through a recommendation, but I sincerely wish I had gone with anyone else instead. Please do yourself a favor and cross this company off your list.

  Beware of this company our sale ***************** was helpful , I went there to pick our my Quartzite, that was a breeze as I found what I wanted pretty quick. I put down my deposit to hold it , Then when it was time for install I got a call from ***** they sold my piece I paid to hold. Went back picked another that was hard as I wanted a light fantasy brown all I saw was dark after going to 3 different places. Pick another out , get a call from ***** they broke it. The it was to the wire, I still work and we are in jasper county they are in Marietta I couldnt get back. ***** sent me pictures but it was hard to see if the stone was what I wanted. I had to just trust him , unfortunately I hate it bc I didnt want dark or green( yes I told him numerous times) its dark and green. The the beautiful island up stairs etches and you cant even sit a water glass on it. It was told to me it was Quartzite Ive had 2 stone ppl tell me it was Marble which does etch and stain. Now they tell me it was sold as a natural stone. Thank god I have it in an email ***** said it was Quartzite he was told numerous Times I didnt want marble! They wanted to charge me to fix the etching which you cant on Marble bc as soon as something is set on it it etches again, yes this is my kitchen island upstairs! I called when it was installed in the basement kitchen because was so dark all I got was you signed off on it , well I had too bc I couldnt get my money back! Beware of this company make them put in writing what natural stone your getting.
